You mean to say you need to respray your vehicle ,before they will tax it for you ? My daughter told me she finally received the repayment owed by Thai Airways for a cancelled flight from 2.5 years ago ,it was only 12,000 Baht ,but was a lot to her, and had really given up hope of ever getting a refund , she reports her friend who is also owed ,has not been refunded yet....have you ? regards Worgeordie
