I bought the book and finished it this weekend. I am on day 3 now and looking forward to establishing myself as a non-smoker.

18 years of second hand smoke because of my mom.

20 years of off and on chewing tobacco

5 years of off and on smoking

Now 3 days as a non smoker in training for the second half of my life.

I'd say the book does very well to give you the tools to make the right decisions and choices.

Sorry,but you will NEVER be as you call it a 'non-smoker'.There are 3 typrs pf smokers.

2-Non Smoker

3-EX-Smoker(this is what you will be should you stay off them,good luck btw!!

I feel simply like a nonsmoker, not an ex smoker. Like I don't consider old girlfriends exes. The relationship is either over or changed.

Would you put exsmoker on your resume? Would you put ex boyfriend to 100s of women? Smoker Yes or No. Married, yes or no.

Maybe ex just seems so negative like there is a cloud over people who are exes.

I am a happy camper because of the no smoking. I just got done with some heavy exercise and man it feels good to not have any wheezing and head aches and pains.

I remember the smoking days - worthless. Cigarettes are absoulutely worthless.

oh, I hadn't been to some places in months. yesterday, I went and people were offering me cigarettes then noticing I wasn't puffing up like a chimney. It feels good to be considered a nonsmoker.

I'm thinking if you are going to plan some criminal activity, you should really try to break down your partners over a period of a few weeks to see how fast they cave in.

The dude in the ground floor or basement of the Landmark hotel does an excellent job with my cutting my hair. A good barber.

For some reason I think he is gay;;but, doesn't matter. I always leave there feeling like I got a great cut that lasts for 3-4 weeks.

I travel alot and really hate getting bad haircuts and paying out the nose for it.

The dude at the landmark makes you feel like you could spend $100 and feel good about it.

ratchada soi 3 by the chinese embassy got some decent cuts fro 50 baht. Then got a laugher my 3rd time. 50 baht roulette!

I've been to several temples but am of the mind that if you've seen one temple, you've seen them all.

Now I'd like to see if I can identify the bad doers so I think I'll put temples back on my to see list. And maybe I'll bring some bait like shoes with sticky paint in them. Maybe put some of those spring loaded finger snappers in my pocket or fanny pack.

I had a fighting wife in the states. What a fricken headache and an embarassment!!! Wife pulling a knife - been there. I was with the .... for 3 years and it took 5 years for her to sign the papers. 5 years of bootlicking, walking on eggshells, and having to answer her calls and be nice. Once the papers were signed, I refused any contact with her. Boy, was she pissed she signed the papers because it released me from her idiotic games.

Hopefully, your separation and divorce don't take that long.

I am interested to hear if american divorce laws will be necessitated. that is the problem I see with getting a lawyer. If you get one, she may get one and then.... watch out!!

Try the amicable split first. Lawyers should be the last option. That's my opinion.

Parliament orders sober-zones

The National Legislative Assembly has suddenly proposed a total ban on drinking alcohol at temples, hospitals, places of medical services, drug stores, public offices and educational institutions - to be expanded later.

Spokesman Tuang Anthacha of the ad-hoc NLA committee which passed the proposal said the selective ban could be expanded at any time by "relevant ministers" or by a new Alcohol Control Policy Committee ordered by the new law.

It's not actually a compete ban after 10PM. It's a ban against drinking and posting on the forum before 11AM, and 2-5PM, and after 12AM.

Please excuse me for this personal note, but many years ago we were playing at Navatanee. A group of four Thais was incredibly slow and were agonizing over every shot.
