  1. You can do the 90 day report up to 15 days before the report that includes the report date in the count. You can also do it 7 days after the report date.
  2. There are no special circumstances needed to have somebody to do the 90 day report for you. It can be anybody you designate to do it. At most offices all that is needed is completed TM47 form, your passport and the receipt for you most recent report. This from the immigration website. "2. The foreigner authorises another person to make the notification" See: https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page_id=1666
  3. You and apply for a another 60 day covid 19 extension. The current extension of the order for them ends at the end of September but I am certain it will be extended again.
  4. Only the first report after applying for the first extension of stay requires doing it in person.
  5. There is no 7 days. That went away years ago. The only way you can get 7 days if to apply for a extension, pay the 1900 baht fee and then be granted 7 days to leave the country. But in case of a divorce you would typically have time to prepare to apply for a different extension before it becomes final.
  6. Since you will be in the sandbox you might be able to go to immigration and apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife and then do the one year extension near the end of it. A multiple entry non-o visa is almost worthless at this time since you cannot easily leave and re-enter the country to get a new 90 day entry.
  7. That has never bothered me. I think my wife has gone back alone alone with my passport than I have been with her. Last year our daughter got it done.
  8. You would not have leave within 7 days your wife passed away. Your extension would still valid until it expires. You have probably completed and signed a STM2 form called terms and conditions for your extension that clearly states that more than once.
  9. You have a extension of stay. Visas are not extended. Using the re-entry permit you will only be stamped into to the country to November 6th which is day your extension of stay ends. Best to arrive earlier than November 1st since you would have problems doing the extension.
  10. It is little different when using 40k baht income from working to apply for the extension. They normally are a little more flexible and that is why a average is allowed. You will also need your tax return for last year. One thing that could be done is if you employer could declare and deduct the income tax for that amount. You do not need to prove the income was paid into a bank account.
  11. The 60 day and the 3 months rule for the first extension went away in 2019 when the new rules went into effect. It is now 2 months for every extension. This from the immigration order change clause 2.22 of the immigration order. Download: Police Order 35/2562 Changing 327/2557 Clause 2.22 The immigration website has not been updated for many years now.
  12. No problem to get the covid 19 insurance. You can get it up to the age of 99. You can purchase it here. https://www.tipinsure.com/CovidRegional/product_detail
  13. You have the choice to apply for a single entry non-o visa based upon marriage to a Thai at the embassy. You would need to show the equivalent of 20k baht in a bank. No need for medical insurance to do the application. Or you could enter visa exempt and then apply for non-o visa based upon marriage or retirement. For marriage you need 400k baht in a Thai bank in your name only and for retirement 800k baht on the day you apply. You wife will not need the covid 19 insurance.
  14. The company must have at least 2 million baht of registered capital per work permit. There is no requirement prove it came from abroad.
  15. If a passport has less than one year remaining when a extension is applied for the extension will only be issued to the day it expires.
  16. You have to have 800k baht in a Thai bank for 2 months on the day you apply. And then the 800k must remain in the bank for 3 months after the day you apply and then 400k baht for the remainder of the year. The immigration order was changed in March of 2019.
  17. Not visa or extension related. Moved to the Insurance in Thailand forum.
  18. That is website for all travel between provinces. If stopped at a checkpoint they can ask for it. This comes up if you click register on the site.
  19. It wrote it needs to be not required. Just a little advice put into it.
  20. There may be a option soon. Thai Airways and Thai Smile are planning it.
