You apparently have a extension of stay (it is not a visa) based upon marriage to a Thai. You cannot change to a non-b entry without leaving the country. You can change the reason for your extension from marriage to working for a company. You may have to apply for the extension based upon working at Chaeng Wattana immigration. You should check with your local office about doing it there. A general list of required documents for a extension based upon working is number one here. https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/non-quota-immigrant-visa/

There has never been a daily fine for 90 day reporting. The standard fine is 2000 baht up to maximum fine of 5000 baht. The 500 baht a day is the fine for a overstay with a maximum of 20k baht. This from the immigration website. https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page_id=1666 " If a foreigner staying in the kingdom over 90 days without notifying the Immigration Bureau or notifying the Immigration Bureau later than the set period, a fine of 2,000.- Baht will be collected. If a foreigner who did not make the notification of staying over 90 days is arrested, he will be fined 4,000.- Baht."

Complete a TM47 form to do the report at immigration and take 2000 baht with you to pay the fine for being late. Nothing more than being fined will be done.

O RETIREMENT VS. OA RETIREMENT VISA
ubonjoe replied to Jimmy B's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I was referring to a particular agent not all of them. There are many that only assist those reporting to the office where they are located. Most of those do not provide the financial proof to get the extension. -
When type the name you will get a dropdown that you then click to have it in your post. After clicking the name on the dropdown it then appears as @ralf100 .

Normal procedure is you would need to inform your employer you are resigning from from job with a effective date on it (30 days in before in most cases). Then would do a termination letter with you last day of work. You could then go to the immigration office that issued your extension of stay to have it canceled. If you go before your termination date they will post date the cancelation to that day. You or your employer will have to cancel you work permit. You new employer will have to apply for a new work permit to get a application approval letter that will be needed to apply for a new extension prior to the cancelation date on your existing one.
