If a law was introduced saying the OAP was exempt from tax, then it would not fall onto the ATO. It is my opinion, nothing more that the ATO will not target pensioners and low income earners.

You don't know what my plans are. If you're going to cut the OAP by 29% for non-resident rates, for a lot of people that's pretty much akin to cutting it off. I vote every election.
