Just think about it a bit more. Room = 32/34C. Fridge = usually 4C.
This is my serious suggestion.
Your serious suggestion sounds more like a riddle to me. ????

Since the last Covid infection, my wife has been suffering from chronic frontal sinusitis, which unfortunately gets worse by using the air conditioner all the time. Therefore also in the current horror heat, we only use fans during the day and the air conditioner in the bedroom at night.
This now results in our house being between 32 and 34 degrees Celsius during the day ... which makes a new problem for me:
As a back pain patient, I am dependent at irregular intervals on taking certain medicines that are not available everywhere on an uncomplicated way (Tramadol, Amitriptyline, etc.).
I always have a supply of these in my cupboard and am now worried about storage, as the medication should NOT be stored at more than 23 degrees Celsius.Might I be better off storing the medication in the vegetable compartment of the fridge or are there any other options? I am grateful for any serious suggestions. ????

@Gaccha: Thank you for the detailed information. And yes I agree with you: under the given circumstances I will also still wait and rather take on the misery of endless queues. Still better than having paid the whole fee for nothing because of a small mistake.

@Crossy: Thanks for the e-extension-link ????

...Just to avoid the queue, you can simply make an appointment.
And that also works definitely and without problems?
I only ask because I have read reports from people on Facebook who wrote that they were sent back to the queue by the "bouncers" at the entrance despite having an appointment certificate. ????- 1

I guess it was about 10 to 12 months ago when I first read the good news that the Immigration Bureau introduced the long-awaited possibility of an "Electronics Extension of Temporary Stay" via Internet for various visa types in Thailand.
If I remember correctly, it was started as a pilot project for Bangkok at that time.
I would be interested to know what happened to this project and in this context I have two questions:
1) Are there any field reports here on the forum about the use of the "Electronics Extension of Temporary Stay" under the pilot project yet?
2) Are there any announcements yet when the pilot project will be completed and also available in Pattaya and other regions?- 1

These six kittens were born in the parking lot of a hotel in Central Pattaya where my wife works.
The four male and two female kittens are about a month and a half old and seem to be healthy.
If you are interested in adopting one (or of course several) kittens, you can either contact me here or contact my wife Lek on 0851344648.

Although I haven't had any experience with either of them, Lifecare Lab is my favorite too. ????
This is mainly due to their own website, which also offers various blood test programs.
Program 5 looks very interesting to me ... and the price of 2,500 baht is phenomenal. ????

I want to have my next health check in May. This year I don't want to do it in a hospital, but directly in one of the labs in Pattaya.
When searching for medical laboratories I came across two addresses:
1. Clinic Lifecare Laboratory Pattaya
Has anyone had any experience of blood testing at any of these labs (or any) in Pattaya? I'm grateful for any helpful information. ????

"…Private sector wants Thailand to import Russian oil to combat high fuel prices…"
BRAVO!!! Apparently Thailand doesn't want to follow the hypocritical path of "Western values". ????

@CharlieH: Would have been my second option if I hadn't received a recommendation here. But thanks to the helpful answer from "The Hammer2021" I can save myself the annoying question/answer game at the call center (...including possible misunderstandings).
It's nice to know a friendly community that is happy to help and share their experiences.- 1

1. Fire up the computer.
2. Open an Internet browser.
3. Enter the following search words: "DHL Pattaya".
Thanks for the <deleted> answer.
If it were that easy, I wouldn't have bothered to post it here. The fact is that DHL Service Points that no longer exist are also displayed without being marked as such. You would have to call or drive to practically every address ... hence my impudent question as to whether anyone happens to know of a service point in East or Central Pattaya that is not closed.

Is anyone surprised if I say that after reading the posts on my topic "Living Will (...without witnesses?)" I'm more confused than before?
I'm happy about the lively participation on the subject, but unfortunately I can't say that it helped to solve the questions ... on the contrary: the numerous different claims about the legal basis for the procedure of creating a "Living Wills" don't make it easier for me than I had hoped.

Finally, I would like to say that it will certainly not be easy to find the right way with the massively different recommendations (...lawyer or City Hall?).
I honestly thought it would be easier... but that's life.
Thanks again for the many replies. -

Just like you need to have a Thai lawyer draw up your Thai will you should get your Thai lawyer to draw up your living will. This way the living will will be valid in any Thai hospital and can be applied as soon as you enter the hospital.
If you plan on putting your wife in charge of your medical care should you be unable to do this yourself then, according to my Thai lawyers, she will need to sign the living will. You will also need to have at least one other party sign as a witness that you signed the document. Often this is a member of the lawyer's staff.
Be sure to leave copies of the regular will and living will with your wife and any close friends.
If you don't have any friends other than your wife then make some. Surely there are some farangs living within a reasonable distance who will enjoy getting together for food, drink, and conversation.
Very helpful post ... thanks Harry ????

THREE parties? Me, the witnesses and who is the third party? The lawyer?

Witnesses are not privy to anything in the documents. They are only there to witness and affirm it was you who signed the documents.
However, the witnesses must be named on the document with their full name and detailed address.

I think there is a misunderstanding here: I am not talking about a "Last Will/Testament" but about a "Ling Will Declaration".

Thank you for the new insights. ????
But apart from lawyers … don't private hospitals also offer the complete processing of a valid "Living Will" document as a service?I found this offer from a Medical Center in Hua Hin:

I would like to draw up a living will for myself, but after several days of research I am a bit at a loss, because all the offers or options that I could find for Thailand contain the signatures of one (better two) witnesses.
Since I have no family or friends other than my Thai wife, it is almost impossible for me to find two trustworthy witnesses. I don't want to fall back on neighbors or my wife's family members for this very personal topic.
Hence my question:
Is it possible to create a living will by hand instead of using one of the available download templates and then have the finished letter notarized by the German honorary consul in Pattaya instead of the signatures of two witnesses?I'm grateful for every (serious) answer.

Ultracet contains 37.5 mg of tramadol plus 325 mg paracetamol.
2 tablets of Ultracet should be as good or better than 50 mg plain Tramadol.
True, but I don't normally use Paracetamol, and I don't want to have to take it as a "bonus" when I'm take another pain reliever.
Storage of medicines at temperatures of 32 to 34 degrees Celsius?
