Loosen the sanctions on Russia. Get out of Nato. Sanction the euro's that want the war to continu. Admit Russia won a justified war.

    I meant to do this all without a phone. I have never scanned a qr code . I did take a picture with a regular camera of a qr code after doing the online test for drivers license renewal , but when I presented it , they said no need.
