As a tourist in Thailand you seem to be expected to know, that certain spots are "reserved" for motorbike taxi and tuk-tuk parking. I have several times been chased away, after parking my motorbike at one of these "reserved" spots.

25 years ago Ao Nang, Krabi, and Ko Phi Phi was the pearls of Thailand, but that is already a long time ago. Last time I visited Ao Nang I felt an immediate wish to get away again after 20 minutes, since it was dominated with indian shops and restaurants, indian and chinese tourists. The ridiculously expensive boat tours to Phi Phi islands has for many years been so crowded, that it was impossible to enjoy the beauty of the islands.

I also prefer to drink Mont Fleur Mineral Water, which I think has the best taste. All brands of drinking water and even the cheapest bottled mineral water leaves me with at bitter taste in my mouth after drinking, unless I drink it at very cold temperature. I always make sure that all plastic bottles are being recycled. I would really love to have my own system to filter tab water at home, but the water from even the most expensive machines I have tested, leaves me with a bitter taste in the mouth after drinking.

In Thailand the prices in pharmacies varies a lot. My guess is, that this pharmacy will have higher prices, than the local pharmacies located a few steps away from the platforms. I will rather continue to support my local pharmacy.
