  1. Try to avoid or minimize using it until you find someone to repair it. Repeatedly heating it up to the maximum threshold might damage it permanently.
  2. In 2016 I opened an account at the Bangkok Bank whilst on a tourist visa. Only the passport was required. But, I was 'recommended' by a Thai person working for the government. No insurance policies were offered either. But today, I think the laws have changed and it is not that easy. If you have a Thai friend, it might be helpful to have him/her accompany you to the bank.
  3. Great. So the OP need to spend 100K or more to protect his AIO? Love this type of helpful tips
  4. Really, is this an answer to what the OP asked?
  5. As someone mentioned earlier, the purpose of a UPS is to give you enough time to save your work and shutdown the PC properly. Also, it will protect the PC from low/high spikes and brownouts. Normally, you don't use a computer for an extended period of time when running on a UPS. For a Desktop, a ~ 650VA would be enough and it will not empty your purse! APC is quite good for home use. If you need to work continuously for hours during a power outage, then another solution is needed. Of course, if money is not an issue, sky is the limit!
  6. Lack of nutrients? The living soiless mix seems very dry and unhealthy to me. This looks like a palm tree to me and starved of water (of course I may be wrong).
  7. Does anyone actually recommend Thailand Definitely! Why not? It all depends on the circumstances an individual is in. Many foreigners living in Thailand I have noticed have more money than the average local, but seems extremely frustrated. As the saying goes, money cannot buy everything. If one decides to relocate in a foreign country, there are huge adaptations one has to undergo - if not, it will be a case of blaming the locals, the country, the food... basically everything around eternally. Sadly, many herein I've noticed have chosen this pathetic lifestyle - they aren't happy in their own country and they aren't happy in their chosen new home country. Very sad indeed...
  8. Bangkok Secures First Spot in Global Amount of Tourists in 2023 and Most Visited City Transit passengers & tourists are accounted separately, isn't it? If not, all these statistics are useless! People disputing these figures without presenting some solid, reliable details are also a waste of time IMHO
  9. Best and easiest is to login to your router and change the WiFi password to a really tough one.
  10. Nope. About your Sh*t attracts flies.
  11. I thought the following is an appropriate answer to this...
