  2. Does any one have a tread mill for sale or know of one or know of a shop or market for used equipment? I haven't been able to walk much since my chemotherapy treatment and with the rainy season coming on us I thought it would be a good idea to try again my power is up slightly but still it would be convenient to have a machine so I could walk for a few minutes and break and continue. Anyway I know there are shops selling new but thought if Thailand is anything like Canada lot of these devices just don't get used and would like to get a decent quality one as my weight has risen to 120kgs and the know offs from Lazada I don't think would last long. Anyway sorry for the long explanation but wanted to convey my thought processes. Any input would be welcome either in this fourm or PM. Thankyou

  9. I concur with JimmyJ a day or so after the nice rain our crappy air is back above 150 at the moment so a N95 mask would be a smart idea. It's also warming up mornings are still cool but for least time and then back in to 30 country. but can be still very enjoyable. But views are quite impeded.
  10. In CR this morning the clearest air we have had for a while after a good nights rain my AQI reads 78 which is far better and blue sky instead of grey. But the morning and definitely long sleeved shirt and jacket weather. Temp. currently at 1pm is 23

  16. Thank you for your response although of no help to me locally. I still hope there is some on out there that knows a good masseuse that also does manipulation. Thanks again and Happy New Year.
  17. As always Chris well presented and wonderful photos and " picks up speed down hill loaded" made me laugh.
  18. Does any one know of a chiropractor or masseuse with bone manipulating skill;? I used to be able to go to Mae Fah Luang old hospital. The was foreign Doctors teaching there but now just Thai massage. If any have learned the skills of acupuncture and Chiropractic would be great but my meager language skills don't allow me to parse the information there any more. Any ideas. I need a low back adjustment also in one shoulder. By the way I have had a few massages just not enough. Randell
