Oh yes. TDS. Goes both ways. Trump deceives his supporters.

There is no question that he is a wannabe mafioso, the issue for him is that he doesn't have the cajones for it, and he is a major coward, so the best he can do is steal money from unsuspecting souls and defraud banks and the IRS. However he the one thing he does possess is the requisite pathology for being a gangster thug.

Internal flight carrying significant amount of cash

Regardless that is still a very, very high price per rai. Is it close to a big city, is it a very special area? -
Internal flight carrying significant amount of cash
spidermike007 replied to Woof999's topic in Thailand Travel Forum
At over 300,000 baht per rai, let us hope it's not only Chanote, but it's in a great location, very close to a big city. That is big money for farm land. -
When a guy at the top of one of the great pyramid schemes of the nation is clean, that would prevent the system from functioning. So the bullet hole story was likely quite an effective bit of PR that some naive people bought into. Did you actually see the bullet holes, do you know any people that saw them? I didn't think so, none of us saw it. Do you think I would take the biggest joke's word for anything? Just say NO to nonsense and BS.

Guilty as charged! The RTP at it's inception seems to have been created with a status quo from the government. We will NOT pay you a living wage, but you have a franchise, and the limit of your income is based solely on your own creativity and initiative, and you will always be protected. Is that not the case? So, where does that leave the #2 man? Guilty. Less than a 1% chance he is innocent. And the degree of his ill gotten gains would likely astonish most, especially those who buy into his "crime fighting, clean cop" facade.

What was the cause of death? Putin finally had his critic assassinated. I guess we knew it was a matter of time. This heroic man was eliminated by a pathetic, thin skinned, toxic, heinous, serial killing, coward dictator. Navalny was a great man. A true man of courage, who spoke out against corruption and moral decay. Navalny was serving a 19-year sentence on extremism charges after he was convicted for the fifth time in August over his foundation’s activities and statements by his associates. He decried the charges as politically motivated. In December, he was transferred to a penal colony in the Yamalo-Nenets region near the Arctic Circle in December after his allies had 0previously reported losing contact with him for three weeks. Navalny’s supporters said his transfer there was yet another effort by Putin to suppress him.

This man is as corrupt, thieving, and foul as the day is long, and it's about time that he starts being held accountable for a lifetime of crime. The amount of bank and tax fraud he has likely committed, the amount of thievery, stealing, lying, cheating and foul play is likely to set all-time records. Beyond the robber barons. This is a thrilling result and it is likely despite his claims of the contrary, that he does not have access to this this much money. There's no doubt he's living way beyond his means. Lock him up!

How often do you eat Thai Food?
spidermike007 replied to Prubangboy's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
At least once a day, sometimes twice. We eat out frequently, we order from Food Panda frequently and my woman is a great cook. Thai food is likely the only food in the world that I can eat daily without getting sick of. Great Thai food is astonishing. But only here, overseas I rarely get great Thai food. -
As Deputy police chief he could not possibly be more guilty, he is likely involved in multiple scams. Always remember the RTP is a pyramid scheme, and he is near the top of that scheme, so it is likely he is earning hundreds upon hundreds of millions of baht annually. That money likely needs to be laundered. Lock him up!

Air Pollution Crisis Escalates with Hotspots Surge
spidermike007 replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Very true. Yet, the authorities are being obedient, cowardly little punks. Pay your fealty to the richest and the most foul, Sretta and Anutin. They own you. You are not in control. You are the puppets and they are the masters of this game. -
There is a great misconception that the army here is actually a productive force. Right after the coup 10 years ago the army used to go into Samui regularly and engage in enforcement of policy that the local refused to handle. Such as the taxi mafia crackdowns. Two weeks later everything was forgotten. The army may put on a big show but they are do nothing organization just like the police. Nobody cares and nobody wants to stand up to Big Agra. They are the pathological killers in this scenario.
-
Imagine Sretta waking up? He seems to be in a long slumber. Alot of yakking, and absolutely no action, on any policy to date. He won't do anything about the air. Why? He is beholden to his masters who own Big Agra. Same applies to his other policies. Whatever his master want. He is a slave to them. That is exactly why he was appointed. He likely took a vow of obedience.
-
Yes, a true "do nothing approach". Without a deterrent, this is all just more hyperbole from the masters of deception, Anutin and Sretta. There has to be a willingness to stand up to Big Agra, or nothing will change. People are dying right now. Lungs are collapsing. This is a national emergency. They shut down the economy over Covid. Yet, they won't do anything to ensure people's good health and well being.

Unruly British man goes berserk on Bangkok-London flight (video)

Minister Puangpet Leads Crackdown on Illegal E-Cigarette Sales

The only thing this government is really concerned about is competition with their own filthy monopoly on tobacco. End of story.- 13 replies

Thai businesses advised to prepare for global economic reset
spidermike007 replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
It's not a change in the global world order that Thailand needs to be afraid of, it's a huge economic correction that is likely coming in the next year or two, that is going to have a dramatic effect on tourism and exports both. -
Unruly British man goes berserk on Bangkok-London flight (video)
spidermike007 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
And this is coming from the man who is about as predictable as anyone on this forum, with his utterly silly statements. Hundreds of millions of people are traveling around the world at any given point in time and according to you they're nearly all idiots? Really? Perhaps you need to define average, or perhaps you need to take a look within for the cause of these completely nonsensical statements of yours. -

Unruly British man goes berserk on Bangkok-London flight (video)
spidermike007 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
These days the last place in the world you want to lose your cool, in on a commercial aircraft. In the US he would be locked up for years. Here, who knows? Likely depends on how much spare cash he has. Unless he is charged at the destination. It is likely the Brits do not fool around with idiots like this guy, and will lock him up. Good result.- 460 replies

I don't know if I would call a racism I think it's more like some sort of favoritism. I was at a Muay Thai event many years ago and there was a foreigner fighting with a very well-known Thai, who was very good. The foreigner from the first round just absolutely wiped the floor with this guy, the guy could barely make any contact and the Thai man was made a total fool of. At the end of the second round they declared the Thai the winner. I started screaming at the top of my lungs and I then realized that it was probably best just to keep quiet, it's just simply the way it is. The foreigner had a look on his face like he expected that result, but he got a lot of satisfaction out of the whooping that he inflicted.

Five immigration officers jailed for 15 years each for extortion
spidermike007 replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
This is such an anomoly. It hardly ever happens, and is likely due to too much publicity, and the courts and administration deciding they have to make an example of these guys. The RTP, customs, and immigration seems to have been created with a status quo from the government. We will NOT pay you a living wage, but you have a franchise, and the limit of your income is based solely on your own creativity and initiative, and you will always be protected. Is that not the case? We all know these 5 guys were the rare exception to the rule. -
Well, it is quite hard not to hate this fool. He is such delicious bait. He sets himself up for humiliation on a daily basis. He just cannot help himself. He behaves like a carnival huckster, and a juvenile delinquent. Watching him is so much fun.

Bangkok Ranks among Top 10 Most Polluted Cities
spidermike007 replied to snoop1130's topic in Bangkok News
They shut down the economy due to covid. But, burning cane is ok. Can't they see the effect it is having on the air? Do they care one iota? Don't the leaders live here too? Why are they MIA? Why don't the "do nothing guys" do something for a change? When the crop burning starts to kill the population, and lowers the quality of life for those of us who don't die, isn't it time to take action? We just don't need the sugar. Shut down this toxic, heinous industry. Lock up the farmers. Sieze their land. Do whatever it takes. The problem is not only the politicians, but also the people, a part of the population, who do not seem to care: https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2023/4/12/how-chiang-mai-became-the-worlds-most-polluted-city Great article. At least they state the truth. It is field burning and predatory agricultural practices, more than wildfires, that is to blame. And the army won't touch the giant growers. Perhaps a more creative and far more drastic approach would work? This issue is not just in Bangkok. This is the worst day so far this season. The problem just keeps getting worse, and is compounded with the fact that we have a Do Nothing PM now. All talk, and no action. DNS. Do nothing Sretta. A huge part of the problem is the incessant burning of sugar. Until they show the will to face up to Big Agra, nothing will change. Just more schemes about reducing the burning of incense, and other ways to deflect the blame in a cowardly manner. The real numbers are reflected in the AQI. It is up near 200 today in Bangkok, and dangerously high in many other areas. If China could address their bad air quality, why can't Thailand? They talk about fires. Most are self created by these delinquent, self serving, callous, mindless, unconscious sugar farmers. If the sugar refiners created a system to confirm the crops were not burned, things could change overnight. NOBODY in a position of power seems to care, and all the moral authority the nation used to have is gone, baby gone. -
Thailand PM drives tourism growth, targets 35 million visitors
