  1. to get it real, they will collect the orders,

that one route to one area, is not just for only one delivery.

btw, after the first time, why did you gave them a second chance,

when you knew, that its not working ?

  2. if you leave your house for more than 7 days, and nobody is at home,

your house insurance will ask for a security service.

You pay 5.000 Bath per month and the police will check your home.

If something is missing, you replace it with the insurance refund.

Important small items, you place in your bank deposit box.

  3. thats right.

for example, my curtains have a connected wave of 3 steps,

    241120091031.jpg

that means, for a window of 3 meter, I need 9 meter.

Also the thai calculation is not based on m2, but on 90 cm x 90 cm.

The material price is starting with about 250 Baht per unit (for Thai Production),

570 Baht per unit for Export Production.

  4. fountain shop on third road

think, it was closed today, but

Home Pro did have them I bought three there a few Months back it's made by "DIG Irrigation Products''

found them at home Pro for 2.350 Baht, thanks a lot. :)

  5. why do they only report about the small picture ?

The system is working like this,

there is a fruitshop on the road, next to a motorbike taxi waiting point.

When you come into the trap, one of the taxi biker gives a sign to a woman, who also appear at the fruit shop, pretenting to be a customer, and catching a direct look on your gold, and gives a hand sign to the taxi biker, that this might be real gold.

When you leave the fruit shop, 2 young bikers will come, to make their act.

  6. I got my Tramadol in the drug shop next to the Anton Restaurant in Naklua.

To get my Rohypnol sleeping pills, I have to go to Bangkok Pattaya Hospital, and get it from the doctor.

  7. I too need a truck seat repair but as my arris is not yet bumping the floor it will have to wait!

I have been told that there is a place that repairs seats next door to the Toyota dealers on the west side of Sukhumvit as you drive north. I have not yet used them but would appreciate any info from someone who as?

    Hope that helps?

These guys do a fantastic job, they trim all our cars at work.

Directly next to Toyota, they have a large yellow awning covering the front of the building.

Been there about 10 days ago, my cigarette burned a whole in my vigo driver seat.

He charged me 500 Baht, replaced the seatcover with a new one, in 1 hour, and did a good job.

By the way, not far away, at the other side of suk. back to naklua, there is the shop Boy and Sound, if you want to pimp up your car.

  8. over and out,

    Thank you for your trust!

With your orders and your confidence, you have taken us to success. A success that has not remained unnoticed. Land Rover Thailand has taken over the complete workshop with equipment and personnel and transferred it to the new Land Rover service base in Pattaya.

Therefore, we can now no longer accept any new orders.

Of course we will finish all work which we have begun already properly and on time, as well as any warranty cases which might occur.

  9. missing a pinned thread about this topic, and couldn`t find information about that,

I want to buy a used car in bkk and registering it in Pattaya.

What are the required documents for the change of car ownership ?

The official websites a pretty low about that,

    Evidences required

    1. Car registration manual

    2. Applicant’s personal evidences, i.e. photocopy of ID card or certificate of juristic person registration

For a foreigner to buy a car you must have a letter from your embassy if you do not have a one year visa but in Pattaya you just need a letter from Immigration saying you wish to buy a car ; nothing from your Embassy. You also need to have letter from Immigration and for this you need 2 photos; copy of your house lease and landlords ID and House Registration; your passport and copies of visa pages and ID copy.Once you have the letter from immigration normally free of charge you then buy your car and take the car to the reg office with the owners book, copy of his ID & House reg and Power of attorney form if he isn't going to assist plus he or she has filled out change of onership form for you. If not registered for a while then you have to pay backtaxes and Insurance --most reg depts have insurance company available there.

    http://www.asiatradingonline.com/carbuying.htm

    - letter from Immigration

    - owners book (blue book)

    - copy of ID from the last owner,

    - House reg of the last owner,

    - Power of attorney form, signed by the last owner,

    - a filled change of ownership form, signed by the last owner,

but sometimes, there is trouble, if the copy of the ID of the last owner isn`t signed

So if you want registering the car in another region bkk / Pattaya, do you need additional paperwork ?

  11. if your financing concept is to small, and you see, that prices in Thailand are increasing,

you have to make up your mind, about your working chances in your home country.

If you are too old, you feel trapped in Thailand, because life in your home country is even worst.

  12. This photo has been circulating for some time. One thing I noticed is that the Photo that has been attached and the photo on the attached video by Loong on post nbr. 49 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTJZ4HUol2E) at around 2:02 minutes into the video are not the same. The attached photo has been retouched. The original photo shows the girls in much more decent (translated as longer) skirts.
    Student uniforms 'too sexy'

Country's top two universities order clampdown

BANGKOK: -- Chulalongkorn University (CU) is campaigning for students to comply with its dress code, while Thammasat University (TU) wants to the government to launch a "Social Cabinet" to tackle the issue of students wearing uniforms inappropriately.

Deputy Education Minister Chaiwuti Bannawat agreed that students need good discipline and praised universities' successful efforts in improving the standard of their students' dress.

having also a look to the different picture size, posted on the web,

    http://tineye.com/search/2fc4defcb2ae20998...05edc0b35038d98

no, not much difference, but you see the version with more leg is covered

the idea, clothes are to short, is typical for politicians, living a life in an aircon world

  13. if s.o. meet a nice thai girl, coming close to her, and ask her later,

to do a housekeeping job in his home in Pattaya, while he is away, in europe,

    so, whats the deal -

she said, I have a good job in a company, earning 30.K per month,

you want me, to give up this job,

you have to take care for me.

He is calculating, that he is spending 5.000 k a month, for the police, to check his home,

to be covered by his house insurance, while beeing away more than 7 days from his home in Pattaya,

and he is calculation, what he is spending for the house cleaning,

so he is starting not a normal sponsership, but a relation with someone, who is taking care of his proporty in Pattaya.

  14. Porn?

Porn sites are a good point concerning racism in our days, cause they give an own section for - interracial porn -.

So, why is this an issue, to make a difference, what kind of race someone is belonging ?

Interracial dating is another expression, that tries to import race values in our mind.

When I have a look on these thai gals from fhm magazine,

    http://upic.me/i/ow/bf08_4a7acd36.jpg

on the right side, there are to girls of mixed race.

If a societey can give their people of mixed races the same chances, like poeple with 100 % pure blood,

    multi-culturism is working.

Thailand is on a very good way, not being infected by the Pol Pot virus of pure blood.
