  1. Recently sold my 1989 Toyota pickup which I purchased new in 1988. 350k km and still going strong. Never did one dealer routine service. Changed the oil myself, about every 10k km with regular non-synthetic oil. Did the scheduled services like timing belt, etc as per owner's manual. Forget the synthetic. The choice of the vehicle is much more important.
  2. That's not because he hasn't been to Pattaya. His opinion has no value. Period.
  3. Nope, I got it right. A piece of string or a chunk of rock would be better than Trump.
  4. As i noted, not all flights on Expedia can be cancelled for free. The major non-discount airlines will. The cheap ones like air asia won't. Try booking a flight on each and see the difference. It will tell you on the last page before you confirm your purchase.
  5. If they ask, just log into expedia and buy a fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hour ticket to show them. Then when you've cleared security and are at the gate, cancel the ticket. Easy, free. What more could you ask for. Note: this doesn't work with the cheap-o airlines, only the major ones. Expedia will tell you before you input your credit card info if it's a refundable ticket.
  6. So this is China's way of taking over the world's currencies, instead of making the Yuan dominant.
  7. Can he still get onto the presidential race? Santos would be a much better candidate than Trump.
  8. Probably not. There are likely features you won't use anyway like memories for multiple people, etc. Compare features to be sure you're not missing something you want.
  9. Founder's Reserve, which you posted a pic of, is 2100 baht at BKK King power. The one I purchased in Taiwan for $32 USD is Distiller's Reserve. All 1 liter bottles.
  10. Get rid of King power. On a recent trip from Canada I purchased a bottle of Glenlivet at duty free in Taiwan for $32. The exact same bottle, same size, in BKK from king power was over 3000 baht(>$100). That's about the same price as the normal liquor stores.
  11. Try adding some pot and cocaine and see what you'd do...
  12. Absorbed liquid and butane lighters are limited to one lighter per passenger in carry-on or on one's person. When a carry-on bag is checked at the gate or at planeside, any lighter in the carry-on must be removed from the bag and kept with the passenger in the aircraft cabin. https://www.faa.gov/hazmat/packsafe/lighters#:~:text=Absorbed liquid and butane lighters, passenger in the aircraft cabin.
  13. The point of measuring equipment is consistency. It doesn't matter if it's off by 30% as long as it's always off by 30% in the same direction. Then you need to calibrate yours with one you trust to find out how much, if any, that you need to adjust. I have a $100 omron and an $18 cigii that I purchased years ago. The numbers are pretty much identical, and the cigii has atrial fibrillation detection which the omron doesn't. Save your money and get a top rated chinese model, cigii or yuwell should suffice.
  14. That is just a collection of posts about what VPN everyone is using. Hardly explanatory of how VPNs work and why they sometimes fail. Track down my earlier post if that's what you're looking for. Edit: the earlier posts on VPN usage were around July 19th in this thread.
  15. What? You didn't know Elon and Greta both have Asperger's? Likely the reason behind their intense focus on whatever they're involved in.
  16. I don't think there's a VPN thread. Go back and read my response to your questions in this thread about VPNs and smart dns when you were having issues months ago. No need to type it all in again. There should probably be a VPN thread. I wouldn't think any of that is illegal.

    Did your hand get tired?
  18. And today he's saying all the companies stopping advertising are going to kill X(formerly twitter). Bipolar much? Maybe it's the Asperger's disease he has progressing. Interesting that Greta also shares that same affliction.
  19. If I pay, can I insult people? That would be a money maker for sure.
  20. In the words of Kevin Costner, “if you build it (railroad), they will come“.
  21. The days of using a single browser are long gone. Some block ads better, some allow external download managers, some are blocked by cloudflare, etc, etc. I find, depending on what I'm doing, bounce between them frequently, even to the point of copying links from one browser to another to get an external download mgr. Someone suggested Iron, so I downloaded it and am posting this from there. Works with AN. Many others don't. Other browsers used are: Kiwi (Android) Vivaldi (Linux) Brave (Android)(Linux) Chrome(Android)(Linux) Chromium (chrome without all the info sent to Google)(Android) Opera (not so much any more)(Android)(Linux)
  22. Add some android apps to do the streaming. Use kodi as a media player for videos you actually have in your system, as it is meant to.
  23. Didn't you post this exact topic a couple of months ago?
  24. And wait for it... He will give all the details in a few weeks/days/months. Like the tax returns he said he was going to release when the nonexistent audit was over. And the maga moron cult will all suck it up like it's manna from heaven.
