I disagree with the first sentence. I am deaf in one ear and the treason that I struggle with the Thai language is because Thais talk very quietly. However, totally agree with the decibel levels when it comes to music and parties.

It is early days i n collecting statistics and information, and there are a lot more tobacco smokers than there are e-cig smokers so comparisons are difficult. The real risk for e-cigs is that there are no controls on what is in the stuff that folk suck into their lungs. Illegal drugs are a recent one.
