  1. Post, and a reply to it, has been removed. Calling someone a " Putin / Zelensky / <anyname> apologist" is ad hominem, and is not a polite way to debate a topic. Thank you. 9. Personal attacks, insults or hate speech posted on the forum or sent by private message are not allowed.

  4. High sodium and low potassium levels can cause high blood pressure, which caan lead to cardiovascular disease. It's all about balance, so rather than taking artficial potassium supplements, reduce sodium and eat as much of a (potassium rich) DASH diet as you can: https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/education/dash-eating-plan While we're on the subject of diet, it's important to cut down on the booze as you get older too - alcohol in excess lowers potassium, raises blood pressure, and puts a strain on your cardiovascular system. As we know, it's easy to overdo the good life in Thailand, so counting drinks is a good way to keep things under control: https://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/low-potassium/basics/causes/sym-20050632 https://drinkcontrolapp.com/index.htm
  5. Several years ago, there was little rigour surrounding ED visa holder attendance in class, or corresponding academic progress - this is what the OP seems to be inquiring about. ED visas are still available, but these days there is much more oversight and expectation of class attendance and academic progress. Most embassies and consulates have information on hoe to obtain ED visas, e.g.: https://london.thaiembassy.org/en/page/education-visa The advice to the OP is to get the right kind of visa - ED visas are for those who have a genuine intention to complete a course of study in Thailand. The OP should contact an approved school to see if this visa is right for him. An off topic post was removed.
