    Earlier this year the Government mandated that pharmacies could not open unless they had a qualified pharmacist on site. So I suggest there must be a shortage of trained pharmacists that may be causing this problem. ?

    I live on Samui and spend less than that so I would suggest your friend could live anywhere in Thailand on 60,000 Thai Baht per month. I include rent, food, Wi Fi, electricity, motorbike petrol, and at lease two large bottles of beer per night.
