  1. Follow up should I choose to not change my flight plans because of costs and fly into HKT. How long is it taking to process the RT-pcr test at the airport? I would like to get results as quick as possible then fly on to BKK and then move on elsewhere and limit my hotel stay anywhere as much as possible. Thank you
  2. ? I wanted to ask this in a different way, So here it is I got a really good deal on a flight from USA to Phuket arriving on Dec 2nd, My intention is to arrive on the sandbox model. However with things that might be changing on Nov 1st with no quarantine. If the rules do change does anyone think if I still choose the Phuket sandbox model to get my COE that upon arrival I can change the rules and get tested upon arrival get the test results then hop on a flight to BKK and go on about my business with never completing the 7 day stay? Thank you
  3. Well I happened to get a really great air fare from Usa to Phuket Thailand to good to pass up on. The flight is set to arrive in Phuket Dec 2nd. So I am waiting to see what the CCSA is going to say because I am thinking I can just arrive in Phuket on the 2nd get my test at the airport then wait for the result if all ok, I should be able to hop on a flight to BKK take of some business that I need to do at the US embassy then get a flight out of BKK and on to my family home in the country all without any 7 day stay. I am hoping this will be able to as I am planning. Have to see what the details will be as you said the CCSA should be letting news out very soon. I was planning on getting my COE based on the Phuket sandbox but as of now have not submitted it, I only bought my air to HKT.
  4. Has it been said that if the Nov 1st date open of Bangkok goes through that a test will be required at airport upon arrival as well as the same Phuket sandbox that exists that you will be allowed to leave your hotel and nightly( as long as you are double vax) have to return to your hotel for 7 days and then test again on last or next to last day then you can go anywhere that you want in Thailand ? Thank you
  5. I hear you but I dont have to prove covid vax for the e- visa so in theory I could apply for the e-visa around the 20th of Oct correct?
  6. Another question? How soon should I apply for the Thai E-visa (Non O visa based on marriage) that I will need before I apply for the 1st part of the COE on Nov 9TH? Thank you
  7. Thank you I have done that I have lived in Thailand for over 3 years but had to leave on a family emergency and because of timing my non o visa had to expire so I still have my money in a Thai bank well seasoned and just need to repeat the steps of re applying for a non o visa based on marriage before my return.
  8. Thank you. ? Are you saying 15 business days or 15 calendar days? from the 1st pre approval to compete the 2nd step I guess I rolled the dice and bought my air already and booked paid my hotel and got my shaba ID but I still need to buy the covid 100,000 policy and book the rt-pcr tests that are required.
  9. I am getting my 2nd dose both done in the USA and the 2nd dose will be on OCT 26th then I have to wait 14 days to file my COE according to the rules of having to wait 14 days after your 2nd dose, Which will be NOV 9th. My flight is booked and shaba hotel booked (Phuket) paid for. Hoping since my flight is booked for NOV 30th that I can get my COE all approved between Nov 9th when I submit and my fly date of NOV 30th. Does this seem to close to get an approval? Thank you

  11. Based on marriage family stays in Thailand now, I will be going back and need to get a new Non O because my current one expired as I had to leave for a family emergency. I just wanted to confirm that it is one bank statement that was needed as the most current one? Thank you
  12. Is one month ok of a bank statement from my USA bank or do they need more than one month? Thank you
  13. I am trying to do all the steps in getting my COE correctly the first time when applying. Please will someone correct me if I am not understanding the steps that I will take in order regarding booking the prepaid PCR tests. I will get my first Pcr test in my home country no later than 72 hours before flying to Phuket. I will get my 2nd Pcr test upon arrival at the HKT airport in Phuket which I do not need to pre book on the Thailandpsas.com website. I will need to pre book only one Pcr test on the Thailandpsas.com website for day 6 or day 7 of my stay which I need to submit only that prepaid test (day 6 or day 7) to get my COE from the Thai embassy in my home country. Is this all correct as far as the Pcr test to get my COE? Thank you
  14. I understand what you are saying TIT ! Thank you
  15. I understand the Phuket sandbox 7 day stay and last day before leaving to be able to basically go where you want to in the country. However from I am reading is that Bangkok may open in Nov same as Phuket but my question is I know you are supposed to stay in Bangkok for the full 7 days if you are fully Vax but in reality how will the Thai government know if you just split on day 3 and leave Bangkok for your home town?? Is it tracked from your passport where you have to get your final covid free test on day 7 or what is stopping someone??
  16. 5) Copy of RETURN Flight Booking / Confirmation (return if visa exempt arrival) – Flights need to be ‘direct to Phuket’ (i.e. Qatar Airways / Emirates etc) – I’m not certain about transit options through Bangkok with Thai Airways (but I think they are the only airline which is permitting Sandbox transit passengers in Bangkok). ?? I thought I had read that if you arrive on a Non -o visa example that the return portion was not required as you are saying in step 5 of COE list that you wrote. Can someone please confirm or not? Thank you
  17. Ha that is true and you would think that until you visited my IO office on a yearly basis! Something always seems to change what they want almost if the wind is blowing north to south on the day you go but next year the wind is blowing south to north look out!!
  18. I have a follow up question as well, When arriving on a approved Non 0 Visa, Do I also need to provide a return fly date leaving Thailand as part of the approval process or am I fine with just a one way ticket into Thailand? Thank you
  19. Hello, I am just trying to confirm I understand the process. 1st apply at the Thai E visa website for the type of visa I wish to apply for my case (Non O). When approved print my approval then 2nd step apply for COE entry and attach the approval from the Thai E visa website that my Non O visa was approved. In addition supplying all the other criterial that COE website is asking for. Then arrive in Bangkok immigration show immigration officials my E visa approval and show my COE approval and my RT-pcr Neg results within 72 hours of departure. Can anyone please advise if I am missing any details that could assist me? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your input.
  20. I found an answer sorry for the confusion in my post. Thank you
