  1. This looks like it may be the culprit. 7.7 magitude in Myanmar. That's a big shake
  2. I'm trying to find out where it originated.
  3. We're still feeling aftershocks down here in Lamphun.
  4. I've been though a whole bunch of earthquakes in my life having lived in the US West coast and Alaska, but I've never experience one lasting that long. It was shaking for about three minutes.
  5. We just had an earthquake in Northeast Lamphun Province. Little bit of a shaker. Anyone else feel it?
  6. It's the Democrats and the US MSM making a mountain out of a mole-hill. Ultimately a nothing-burger, but the anti-Trump Left is trying to make it a 7 course meal.
  7. 25% vs 300%. Cry me a river Thailand. Trump should address the other imported items that are subject to ridiculously high tariffs by Thailand and implement quid pro quo counter tariffs on similar items.
  8. I don't agree with this at all. For anyone who thought I'm a MAGA man - I'm not. There are plenty of Trump policies that I don't agree with. This is one of them. It is meant to "chill freedom of speech" and goes 180 degree counter to the US Constitution's First Amendment protections. It is a really dangerous precedent. Those protections don't apply to just US citizens, they apply to everyone legally residing in the US. I expect these case to be taken up by the SCOTUS as they should.
  9. Nothing will happen. This "migrants destroying the fabric of European and British culture" is desired outcome by the freak-show elites who inhabit the tax-payer protected haunts of the likes of the WEF in their decadent Davos dens of cultural destruction.
  10. Well really. The EU and UK elites seems to want this type of destruction of European and British culture and implicitly condone the violence and the unabated immigration that fosters it. It not like their own kids are exposed to violence and rape in their upper-class school and enclaves for the wealthy where their 💩 smells like 🌹- or so they think. If the children of the commoners get raped - well, it's good for them. Keeps them in their places.
  11. Do stupid stuff, win stupid prizes. Enjoy Thai prison. Remember - they use to shoot people for doing that. 10 years is a hand-slap. But then again, it may be a death sentence. 10 years in a Thai prison. Have fun!
  12. "Not my fault. Fault of other countries. Thailand 100% pure as white cloth." <sound of can being kicked down the road>
  13. Me an Pattaya. Visited in 1986. Came back in 2007. Spent one night and left. Never been back.
  14. Commoners need not believe that will be allowed anywhere near the races. By the Rich, For the Rich.
  15. Lots of popcicle sticks sticking out of the sand at the beach.
  16. Don Giovanni aka bob smith
  17. What negativity are you talking about? You only joined 6 hours ago. Yeah yeah yeah, you've lived here 30 years yada yada yada.
  18. Some of you are just gluttons for punishment. "I must file!!!" You no need file. "I insist. I must be allowed to file." Ok, we let you file. You own 50,000 THB. But there is a Dual Tax Treaty. No understand tax treaty. You own 50,000 THB. Pay up! Rao rao.
  19. It would be a boon if it grounded in Thailand. More tourism and a supply of crystal clean fresh water!
  20. Omg. This doesn't fit the The-Polar-Icecaps-Are-MeltingTM narrative. The sea level in San Diego, CA is doing what? Going down? My goodness. We can't have that. It must be "bad data." Source: Established in 1933, the Permanent Service for Mean Sea Level (PSMSL) has been responsible for the collection, publication, analysis and interpretation of sea level data from the global network of tide gauges. It is based in Liverpool at the National Oceanography Centre (NOC). https://psmsl.org/data/obtaining/rlr.monthly.data/158.rlrdata
