Of course you can talk in English to any Thai person. The earlier you start the boy will just naturally pick up what English you know. Your right nothing to worry about they are a very cheap good truck to buy because people on forums usually know very little about motors. Parts will be available and workshops are available via Zigwheels and internet list workshop places near where you live. People I know go with their Chevi truck to our local Cockpit outlet. Well listening to news today the Black community have to interrupt the passing of the Queen and news of her and King Charles l'll about a black man running away from the police and calling police racists. Definitely a Powell's example of the future.

I would say that can be altered but without looking at the way it's constructed I'd have to see the drawing detail of the section of the house plans. If you really want the works done as said you need a structure engineer to schedule the alteration to the ready built structure.

Anything that needs alterations in a building is possible, if you can't do it yourself you need a structual engineer to look at the house plans and the actual finished of the house stairway headroom structure.
