Used TG new 380 on the Paris route and very good it was. Was in Economy but 'upstairs' exit aisle - have to say there was more space than I could use and have never said that before ! Service/Food etc all good, would recommend.

I applied for my Sate Pension back and received the confirmation letters, all seemed well. However, on checking my bank I found no payments had been made so I phoned the UK to ask the reason.

To my (and their) surprise was told they cannot send the pension to an ‘Internet’ bank – mine being Cahoot, the internet bank of Santander. I changed my instructions and now it is paid into another ‘High Street’ bank.

One point I would say was how well UK Pensions helped on the phone once the problem was traced – full marks to them.

may I ask what happened and what they refused to pay?

I had to make an health insurance claim I posted about it at the time but suffice to say I was not impressed with AA and I would never use them again nor would I recommend them to friends and family...

I don't see what that has to do with AA. Any problem you had with the claim was surely between you and the insurance company.

Question in the OP was has anybody had any experience with aa,true it was not in relation to a scooter but I have used them and gave my opinion...

You don't have to like it or indeed agree with it, it is still however my opinion....

AA has been very good, no problems and have 3 bikes insured through them - recommend
