  1. Nancy Pelosi's Portfolio Returned Over 700% In a Decade: Copy Her Investment Strategy Here Hee. Problem with Pelosi trackers is that she doesn't have to report them quickly enough. 45, 80 days later is too late to cash in with her insider speed.
  2. In fact, it does, consistent with Griffin v. Illinois, 351 U.S. 12 (1956). So you're stuck wondering why Trump isn't appealing his conviction. 🙂
  3. Yes. He's not yet convicted, so he can't be a convicted felon either. You can figure this out independently by common sense, if you had any. If he were convicted, then he'd immediately appeal his conviction. He isn't appealing because he can't.
  4. Win a few, lose a few.
  5. Desperate lib chatter demonizing (as we see here) and fearmongering as usual over a big nothing. Explained not after Trump caused all the pearl clutching. Speaker Mike Johnson reveals Trump's 'little secret' ahead of Election Day after Dems panic
  6. Hey--one crackdown at a time, please.
  7. They do. You're too ignorant to discuss the topic, as you often are.
  8. He's entitled to that opinion. No lib complained when Hillary said the same thing and continues to say it. Stacy Abrams, no problem. Bob Casey at present, no problem. Goes on and on. Just another tired talking point. Trump won. It's amazing the number of what libs called "lies" turned out to be true--while pumping out their own lies. You remember when you sucked this right up:
  9. Happily, Trump's done no wrong according to the evidence presented in the topic.
  10. No.🤣 Now, the Dems wanted to get rid of the Electoral College, pack the Supreme Court, end the filibuster (now they've done a 180 on that, ha ha), pay off student loans illegally, and illegally take Trump off the ballot--to mention a few things. But off-topic. 🙂
  11. Hitler, fascist, psychopath? True. Probably should give those up. Didn't work. Hateful and seduced by the DNC and their donors to believe the propaganda lie that Trump was convicted. Pathetic. No wonder you're so misguided. He's a defamation suit going against the media on that point. 🙂
  12. What would? And what reason do you have to believe Trump didn't have reason to believe whatever it was?
  13. Amazing how we carefully ignore the issue of illegal migrant crime. But it can't be concealed from the public, and they demonstrated what they want done about it.
  14. Joking around w/ Johnson and savoring the magnitude of his victory. What lie did you perceive?
  15. Yep. But liberals have no sense of humor when it comes to politics. And Trump must be demonized. It's religion, so what can you do, except try to spin it as a sinister threat and throw out red herrings. Fortunately, the end of leftist censorship seems drawing to a close.
  16. You keep chewing on that bone, a DNC talking point, as if it has meat on it. But the public will welcome Vance in the worst case. W/ Biden, now, it was necessary to conceal and cover up his frailty and cognitive decline because the alternative would be Harris, whom nobody liked or wanted. Reading the fake news, then, you weren't even aware of it. At game over, those Harris fears proved justified. I'd note that Trump's physician gave him an all clear and his stamina on the campaign was extraordinary, much better than Kamala's. And he's off to an energetic start to appointing his Cabinet and staff. Guess you gon' have to suck that up. You'll have plenty to rant about when Trump takes office and starts making the kinds of changes he was elected to do.
  17. In fairness, it's often hard to know what to believe. Lawyers always claim no problem, some honcho verified the periodic crackdowns don't apply to simple property ownership for a residence. Me, I wouldn't take the risk, and I wouldn't want the extra paper work and tax. But, up to them.
  18. End of missile testing and saber rattling against SK, good progress. Resumed hostile attitude under Biden, of course, and biggest ever launched recently.
  19. True, but foreigners sometimes resort to a company to buy a condo in the Thai quota when the foreign quota is already sold out. I guess they really, really want to be in that building for some reason.
  20. I do both. So, besides spending when I want something, I've enjoyed living in my condo at the beach in Pattaya for over 2 decades. Best investment I ever made. I think I've got another 10 years at least.
  21. I was wondering if we were going to enjoy playing the scary music for our members who own property in a company name. Glad the tradition is respected.
  22. Shocking how remarkably ineffectual name calling proved on Nov. 5. When will they learn?
  23. The discriminating farang will pick and choose rather than go full retard. Driving on the wrong side of the road or on the pavements, for example, can be quite convenient at times.
