Irrelevant deflection. How long you need to bicker? Need help getting over it? It's at hand. -
Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi soars to seventh heaven in luxury airport rankings

Where's Noi Bai? Ranked well, far above Swampy, in the last survey. -
They've been doing a pretty good job all along of scrutinizing farang. Fortunately, there's the agent loophole for the average baked-beans-on-toast farang. Otherwise, Thais get their share as well. We're always hearing about bar inspections and raids, for example. Our mighty Tea Money Chorus has an explanation. Yet the same explanation is applied to farang. It appears farang in Phuket could indeed use a bit more scrutiny, however. Surprising how many are caught working w/o a permit. Seems to me we hear about apologies, medical expenses paid, fines, even jail. Depends on the egregiousness of the case. The facts are sometimes not clear; farang lie as well as Thais do. Here we have an unprovoked bullying assault against a respected, professional Thai woman--on public land, as it turns out. If I were nearby in Phuket, I would have joined the protest. Case of a Thai running down a Thai doc got wide publicity and a big new emphasis on road crossings, as can be seen in Pattaya. Thai ran down a farang medical doc I think would also created a very public response. Fines tend not to be very high in Thailand, relatively. Thais tend not to have much money with which to pay. Richer will often pay more, however, esp. to avoid court. This legal violation has yet to be heard in court. It's not yet clear what penalty he'll receive. A fine he can easily pay, no jail time I suspect. Thais can't deported, so that's why you don't hear about such. But as foreigner "granted" temporary stay, he can be, simply for being an undesirable. Considering this arrogant SOB in his entirety, that seems a reasonable, justifiable, decision.

A comforting fantasy for self-aggrandizement. Flip flops were also called thongs in the USA since the 60s, yawn. Good opp'y to use that sense of the term to have a laugh at your expense and bring you up-to-date. Watch out for overhanging signs! -

No, back atcha. -
Slurred, divisive, demonizing any opposition, threatening SCOTUS (fatuously), pandering, lying, blaming, angry. Off teleprompter, screwed up royally. No new vision, just usual Dim talking points for retards. Fail, except, as a campaign speech, demonstrated proof-of-life to his base. Lost opportunity to appeal to independents and moderates. As a campaign speech, it assured the Dims that they're stuck with him. How good that is for them remains to be seen. Not looking so good, given his record low approval ratings.

I know how afraid of falls you must be, but look up occasionally, if only to avoid hitting your head on an overhead hanging sign. -
Swiss Man Who ‘Kicked’ Doctor Loses Visa, 2nd Swiss Man Too Could Do So
BigStar replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Yep. He doesn't need firearms and now that his arrogance, recklessness, and bad temper are on display, the authorities acted prudently to take them away from him. If the authorities in the USA would do a lot more confiscation from the unstable, a lot of shootings would be prevented. Looks like he definitely did some bad things, whether he lied about them (expected) or not. Deportation is an administrative, not judicial, decision; a trial isn't required. His behavior has been given due consideration. 🙂 How fickle the finger of Fate. But he brought it all down on himself. Wolfgang Ullrich had similar photos; deported, blacklisted. So when are those bribes kicking in that our shrewdest posters have assured us will get him off? Looking bleak here. Ain't "disappearing and forgotten." -
You can get an exercise bike, treadmill, or elliptical machine and do cardio at home in the aircon. You can use resistance bands, a couple of dumbbells, and/or a suspension trainer for resistance exercise and more. Sorted. Being unfit makes you lazy. Starting is the hardest part. In fact, the dread of losing progress and starting over will be a great motivator later on.

Swiss Man Who ‘Kicked’ Doctor Loses Visa, 2nd Swiss Man Too Could Do So
BigStar replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Obviously. Might just "trip" and "accidentally" fire one of his illegal handguns at any time. The Ministry of Interior will press additional charges against the Swiss national who allegedly kicked a female Thai doctor as she sat on the staircase of his rented villa in Phuket last week. The new charges relate to the possession of two handguns. He said that the Swiss national, whose visa was revoked yesterday, will face charges of illegal possession of firearms and carrying firearms in public. --https://www.thaipbsworld.com/swiss-man-who-allegedly-assaulted-thai-doctor-faces-additional-charges/ -
But we overlook the far greater amount coming out of Biden's, 'cause we just listen to the bimbos on The View. Was in your face just the other day: Biden Lied 30 Times During The State Of The Union Now that the meds have worn off for that "word salad on speed," a disgusting campaign speech for his base Was Biden Drugged for the State of the Union? One Expert Thinks So. that the propaganda media predictably chortled and gurgled over, he's returned to his usual incoherence, thinking he's running for Congress and boasting about running up the deficit more than other presidents. LOL.
-
Oh, he's not going anywhere. It's all fiction.

You definitely will anyway. Question is, what do you want to feel like while you're in the process? Is chasing after docs, meds, hsps, waddling around with a stomach, premature cognitive and physical decline, and the probability of a longer period, perhaps a decade or more, of suffering debilitating disease really worth not making the effort to take good care of your health and fitness? Worth all those medical expenses? Our Medication Seekers agree that it is. Others here don't agree. Not ironic but predictable when you tempt fate by being an idiot. Old guy out riding his bike late at night on a road in Thailand, right. And that's the ONLY time, place, method to exercise. Fate, BTW, is one of the canonical Principles of ANF Longevity Science, nothing new about that excuse. What, me worry? II: Fate It’s me fate. Might be hit by a lorry tomorrow. Get nekkid! But actually Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death among adults ages 65 and older, and the fall death rate is increasing.4 The age-adjusted fall death rate increased by 41% from 55.3 per 100,000 older adults in 2012 to 78.0 per 100,000 older adults in 2021.5,6 --https://www.cdc.gov/falls/data/index.html Yet the risk of falls can be greatly minimized. How? Left as an exercise for the reader. Not really. What seems free will is actually dictated by insulin resistance, various addictions, and a lack of fitness. How about he decides AFTER he's changed to a healthy lifestyle, got off the meds, no longer addicted to sugar, carbs, and alcohol, lost the gut, and feeling fit from cardio and resistance exercise? Thing is, you never hear anybody in good shape wishing they were NOT in good shape, wanting to go back to the good ole days of pigging out, drinking, waddling, and chasing after the docs & meds. I think we have some testimonials here, actually. Let's give the man an informed free choice.

Note that you can't, or won't, read in depth but simple disparage the source, as our leftist trolls always do. It's the reason you don't really know anything, just reading headlines from CNN, MSNBC, and paying close attention to the brilliant ladies on The View. -

But he wants weak Biden and they don't seem to be cooperating. Anyway all the Hillary-led Russian hoaxing no longer works. Mueller and Durham did it in, sorry. Now it's just hate Trump for being Trump. Demonization is all they really got, given Biden's record and senility.
