That pink ID card that "says she is from Myanmar" might be worth something at her Embassy. Did she have to show a passport/ID card to get it ? If whatever she showed was good enough for the Thai govt., it should be good enough for the govt. that issued it.

From what the OP has said, I think my idea is not going to work, but I offer it here, in case I am wrong.
if she is ruled to be eligible for a Burmese passport, that likely can be issued at their consulate in Chiang Mai or Embassy in Bangkok. The problem is that she has nothing to prove she is Burmese.
Might the Embassy accept her pink Thai ID card as evidence that she is not Thai (and hence, Burmese), if she can corroborate that in some other way) ? Does she know any Burmese citizen, legally in Thailand, who knows her well enough to sign an affadavit as to who she is, and where in Burma she comes from ?
Possibly a Burmese language test, written and spoken ?

I am not "mixed up". I posted what I did because some people use terms such as "3 months" rather loosely, covering anything from 2.5 - 3.5 months.

You only need to report every 90 days, and there is a 7 day grace period for reporting late. So, if less than 97 days, no need to report. Your wife should report that you are staying in her house (only once, as soon as possible after your arrival).

Do you have pension, or other, income in France ? To my knowledge, the French Embassy will still do income letters, and Thai Immigration still accepts those.

There should be no extension of Article 50. If Britain is not out the door on March 29, it should be kicked out on the 30th. And, no second referendum either. Force those who voted "leave" to live with the consequences of their actions.

1, Your school should know where the regional office of OPEC or OBEC is located.
2. Has your school already applied for a Work Permit for you ? This is done at the Dept. of Labour office in the province where you are situated. I believe this letter is not required for teachers.

Your next report is due 90 days from when you file. So if you file 5 days early you "lose" 5 days.

You are where you are, so you are going to have to do the best you can, and hope for the best. Bring your current passport, and a photocopy of the oldest previous one you have. Do you have a bankbook ? That is your best tool, as it contains an invisible ink version of your signature to which your present signature, and signatures on passport(s) will be matched. And if possible, go to your home branch.

"Change" makes the world go around. Have you ever thought about how many people make their living by convincing other people to change something ? And then, in a case such as Thai Visa, they can come back in 6 or 12 months, and suggest changing back to what was there previously ! Is change necessary ? If your paycheque depends on it, yes, otherwise, it usually isn't.

The Philippines has/had two colours of passport covers. Governments don't care what colour the cover is. And, citizens in foreign countries, with a valid passport in their possession, can not be told that it is invalid.

I think that's what the OP is trying to do.

No, they will be closed on Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.
Note: Shopping centre sub-branches, that are normally open on weekends, should be open on Dec. 29 and 30, but also closed on Dec. 31 and Jan. 1
Note re cash withdrawals: I don't know how many days off the ATM service guys get. ATM's might be out of money in the latter part of what will be a four and a half day weekend (including the evening of the 28th).
If you can see now that you will be needing cash, don't wait until late on the 31st or Jan.1

I found it noteworthy that you didn't ask if "beating the crap out of someone" is legal.

You don't transfer it, you get a new one, after she has obtained her blue tabien baan for the new home.

You do not need to maintain B 800,000 in the bank. Three months before each annual renewal date, you need to "top it up", i.e. replace what you have spent in the preceding year.
I think you can cut your assumed inflation rate in half. If inflation does increase, the rates offered on bonds and other fixed income products will increase too.

Let me try again. I am seeking a source in Bangkok, for men's suspenders, to hold men's pants up. Khowjaimai ?

The heading jumped off the page at me. Purely by coincidence, I was asked a day or two ago if I knew anywhere to buy suspenders in Bangkok. Any ideas ?

If she's a vendor, start with the numbers. Then, find an alphabet book, or make your own - "a -apple, b-bed" etc. If your Thai is at some sort of intermediate level, you can then proceed to some vocabulary which she can write. Once she gets to the point where she can speak Thailish (Thai grammar in English), she needs a Thai teacher.

Hard to advise you, because you haven't answered the most obvious question: How well do you speak Thai ? That said, I learned the Thai alphabet from a picture book for young children, with explanation from a friend.

What they want is completely immaterial. They can jump up and down and scream if they want to, but no one is listening. Britain has voted to leave. If they aren't out the door on Mar. 29, 2019, they should be kicked out. And no second referendum. Force them to live with the consequences of their actions.

Start with a Google search "fly Bangkok to ____(name of city or airport)_____"
Sorry, I don't fly there, so can't be any more specific.

Most come here on a Tourist Visa. If you have a job offer in hand before you come here, you should be able to get a Non-immigrant "B" visa in your home country. There are other possibilities which only apply in a very small percentage of cases.
