First of all, they need to release a first generation copy of the CCTV video to the media, instead of footage from a shaking cellphone pointed at a security camera video screen. We'll get a much better look at the guy that way.
That yellow t-shirt is so distinctive. It's either a major screw up on the part of the bomber, or a false flag. This t-shirt is apparently produced by a tiny womans fashion boutique in Jakarta. The odds of it even being sold outside of Jakarta (or at least Indonesia) seem pretty slim. I'd consider that a major lead.

I am in land seismic, got laid off from Iraqi Kurdistan in November (Chevron pulled-the-pin on two crews there - the oil price was heading south, as ISIS were heading north!).
Some of my colleagues have similar experiences/no work or prospects. The last that I heard was that Global Geo/EAME had no further work after the last GazProm job finishes in Kurdistan in a few months.
Am hearing the same...I left Erbil a year ago tomorrow and haven't had anything since. There are rumours that things will pick up in 2016 but I'm not holding my breath.

Sean's an ok musician and songwriter. Tho he could enunciate better. Perhaps it's the Kurt Cobain influence of slurring words.
I was trying to gauge whether the song was perhaps a commentary on the Ko Tao crime, but couldn't decipher his brand of English.
Hello Boomerangutang,
But this song righter is not the Sean from the Ko Tao murders, is he?
Did you listen to all the songs? The third song!!! I am taken back.
I hope this song righter is not the Sean from Ko Tao.
Check out the guitar....

Where exactly on Soi 1 is this place?...been up Soi 1 many, many times but never seen it Rob
To answer your question Neil, it's about 1 km perhaps a little less from ring road in Maenam....on right side .... it's hard to spot because it is set back from the road..... but if you are coming from Lamai way, it's even tougher to spot, see my pics above.... The torn sign may or may not be there, but only visible from Maenam side...
I would imagine they will decorate with new signs when open.... I heard last night it will be open by August..... (this year I think! )
Thanks Jimmy...will have a closer look next time I pass, but have a good idea where it is now thanks

18:50. Typical. Just settled down to watch the 2015 Silverstone Grand Prix, and the power goes out in Bangrak.
I feel you. I switched over to 3G to keep watching on BBC.co.uk but after 20 minutes the 3G tower switched to battery saving low speed. So that ended the live feed.18:50. Typical. Just settled down to watch the 2015 Silverstone Grand Prix, and the power goes out in Bangrak.
Hope you got to watch it in full...damn good race

The Orangutan, the Hamster and Capt Slow are not indispensable. The last few years have been too scripted and lacked real spontaneity.
Hope his co-presenters will be less public-schooly than their predecessors, and will include a lady.
Guess you've never watched BBC's Fifth Gear then?

I sent an email to that Link Asso Thai company, they replied a few days later saying they have one in stock, 300 baht, and I can collect it.
I did say that I could collect it from their shop in the original email.
Later asked if they could EMS it to my address, to send the total amount and I'll transfer it to their account. No reply in over a week.
So went to their address in Lad Prao 128, as listed on their website and products, all locked up with faded signs on a derelict house.
Will look later and see if I can source an address for their new location.
Just had a dig thru the old CRF250 thread and came up with this...
And someone added this contact..
Those are made on consignment order for Bike Alert.
Link Associates. Paul 0818085775 is a export Asahi dealer in Bkk.

Would a submerged Bangkok...be a bad thing?
Maybe that's why someone was suggesting they reopened up the canals they filled in years ago...then we'll have the Gondola Mafia

Guess I'll try Lotus in Chalong. If no go there, I'll go to Big C.
What information is required to register?
I think there is a PC and Internet in either place ie: modern
You need to show them your original passport.
If you go to Big C you might as well goto Telewiz/AIS in the basement.
Friend did his at 7-11 the other day...

Can't see a big problem with this - surely anyone wishing to enter a car park would have a valid driving license.......

Not that I know anything about this. But the bomb exploded on the 5 year anniversary of the army crackdown on the red shirts in bangkok (10/04/2010), and the red shirts have recently been denied holding a rally on 10/04/2015 to mourn the dead.
Correct and yesterday messages have been intercepted on social media at 10pm from Surrathani regarding joining together from Red Shirt supporters and against sec 44.
So some members do some research before dismissing some peoples statements.
Wife just told me that the Co-op that was targeted in Suratthani was owned by Suthep so I can see the link there...but why Central?

I wonder if she is sponsored by the manufacturer ? We might not get the bad and the ugly..just the good
Just had a look at her web blog and there is no mention of Honda sponsoring her (http://www.stephmoto-adventurebikeblog.com/ )...and before she left she was on Thumper Talk quite a bit and it was her and her dad doing the maintenance/prep work on the bike.

Not a big believer in chiropractors I found myself desperate last year when my back went out and nothing seemed to help. I did as you did here and chased down a chiropractor in Lamai, who's name escapes me.
This guy was simple, few bells and whistles, right to the point, and I left there feeling much better; the following day I was recovered. It was pretty impressive.
He is associated with The Spa Resort in Lamai. I am sure they can provide his contact- he works out of one of their suites. Good luck. Best of health.
His name is John Shriner...he's sorted me out a couple of times. But the last time he couldn't and I ended up going to hospital.
If you need his number drop me a PM
