    There are 10+ Facebook groups in BKK to buy/sell used items. There are also groups specifically for musical instruments. I have sold guitar, amp, etc on such groups. Just search groups in FB, join them, and post.

    What's your blood pressure after this rant? Anyone buying insurance should be aware of exemptions. And preexisting conditions are never covered. Nothing surprising.

    The main people suffering will be the delivery drivers who have to wait at each COD delivery. They don't even have time to scan an item as delivered before rushing off. I wouldn't be surprised if the drivers will refuse to deliver those.

    Depends how long you're planning on staying and if you can accept the reality that you will not sell for profit (rather you will be happy to get what you paid). I have no regrets buying my condo.

    Condo or house? Your coffee depends where you live. I like plunger, I don't like the cleaning. In my condo I didn't care what I flushed down the drain. So, plunger. In my house I do care a lot what I flush down the drains because pumping the tanks or clearing blocked pipes will be my responsibility. So, drip. And if you get a good drip machine (Braun) then you get good coffee.

    Unless the other guy is crazy, then there's a high chance that you're responsible for his actions. If you don't know to remove a small lock, then google it. It's so easy.

    You can find them on Lazada/etc. But I've looked at many customer's pictures and many boxes don't look good (crooked, rusty, etc). Drive along your soi and stop at the various hardware stores. You'll find a store that sell them. I just bought one a few weeks ago.

    HomePro (and others) sell a good produce. A little pricy but it works: HG limescale remover The best way, of course, is to not let it build up in the first place. Which is why I wipe the shower after each use. (Two years and not limescale buildup. Clear glass.) Rather 3 minutes after each use than money, effort, and time to clean when it's bad.

    Just buy a different brand. It doesn't need to be Heinz. I remember my Dad paid $3 for one(!) Mangosteen in Canada. So really it's the same anywhere.
