    Depends how long you're planning on staying and if you can accept the reality that you will not sell for profit (rather you will be happy to get what you paid). I have no regrets buying my condo.

    Condo or house? Your coffee depends where you live. I like plunger, I don't like the cleaning. In my condo I didn't care what I flushed down the drain. So, plunger. In my house I do care a lot what I flush down the drains because pumping the tanks or clearing blocked pipes will be my responsibility. So, drip. And if you get a good drip machine (Braun) then you get good coffee.

    Unless the other guy is crazy, then there's a high chance that you're responsible for his actions. If you don't know to remove a small lock, then google it. It's so easy.

    You can find them on Lazada/etc. But I've looked at many customer's pictures and many boxes don't look good (crooked, rusty, etc). Drive along your soi and stop at the various hardware stores. You'll find a store that sell them. I just bought one a few weeks ago.

    HomePro (and others) sell a good produce. A little pricy but it works: HG limescale remover The best way, of course, is to not let it build up in the first place. Which is why I wipe the shower after each use. (Two years and not limescale buildup. Clear glass.) Rather 3 minutes after each use than money, effort, and time to clean when it's bad.

    Just buy a different brand. It doesn't need to be Heinz. I remember my Dad paid $3 for one(!) Mangosteen in Canada. So really it's the same anywhere.

    Go to police and make a report. Take that letter to the bank. The bank will freeze the other person's account. (Maybe even reverse the charge.)

    An actual payout is far removed from winning a lawsuit. And until that point you'll be stuck with all fees. This is not the States. Arbitrate. Ombudsman.

    Apart from not doing as instructed, the electrician did nothing wrong. A neutral to the light is not required. Obvious answer would be to pull new wires, but whether that is worth the effort??? (I rewired a few switches and outlets in our house.) PS: "Most electricians here are idiots." and I'm quoting our interior designer and head contractor. Having seen some of the work and their disregard for requests, I'm open to believing that.
