An actual payout is far removed from winning a lawsuit. And until that point you'll be stuck with all fees.
This is not the States.
Arbitrate. Ombudsman.
Apart from not doing as instructed, the electrician did nothing wrong. A neutral to the light is not required.
Obvious answer would be to pull new wires, but whether that is worth the effort??? (I rewired a few switches and outlets in our house.)
PS: "Most electricians here are idiots." and I'm quoting our interior designer and head contractor. Having seen some of the work and their disregard for requests, I'm open to believing that.
It's very easy if you're legally married. Go to district office.
If your marriage is not registered, I believe your wife needs to submit some documents why you as a resident in the house want a yellow book. (That's what an ex-colleague was told.) Your district office can confirm that.
Nothing in life is more important than the renewal date(s) of your visa.
But if your need is so strong, then coming back on a tourist visa and restarting the marriage visa application process must be worth it.
Basically, yes.
In reality, after multiple conversations in Thai with customer service, we gave up and threw the wrong and defective (yes, both) item in the garbage. The money is not worth the mental effort.
Except for a few sellers who make returns deliberately difficult, it has always been a breeze.
[ex: Lazada gives 48h for the seller to respond; response comes at 47hours 40minutes; and then another 10 days for the pickup to happen. ]
Recently one of these bad sellers tried to bribe me with a 50-Baht coupon if I were to take down my bad review of their product/service. Of course I did no such thing.
"Unfortunately, this emergency landing led to injuries of 30 passengers and the death of one."
Passengers died/injured because of the emergency landing. Bad reporting, or bad translation.
Same for me, a few days ago.
I put it on FB and someone took it pretty much within a few hours of posting. (And then sent me pictures two days later that it's up and running.)
Give it away and someone can make some money off it.
