The land will be bought under "sin som rot"

    Both parties having equal ownership.

Yes, that is what the Thai lawyer will tell you and, in theory it is correct.   Just wait till 'innoraxrice' though.

I've still never seen the proposal for how they will fence up scotland with a wall to stop border crossings - you want go, up to you, but I'd want a 20 ft high wall US mexican border between us and scotland !!  They think the Irish border an issue, that would be nothing to scotland leaving issue. Besides these scots do not want to let the scots in the rest of the UK vote on it - which they should as they would have to apply for UK citizenship potentially !

How about same as the border between Ireland and northern Ireland?

I'm impressed with this post showing the translation. How did you do it? If you don't mind me asking.

I took a screen shot of the picture and then used Google lense to translate it.  It's really easy.  I use it any Thai letters / documents etc that I can't understand.

So many, difficult to know where to start.

    1. Being out of the failing, undemocratic federalist project that is the EU before it collapses.

    2. Getting a head start on the vaccine rollout.

    3. Record low unemployment.

    4. Being able to hold our own politicians to account without them being able to blame Brussels.

    5. Regaining sovereignty.

    6. Being able to make our own laws, laws made by our own politicians that were elected by the UK electorate.

    7. No longer propping up the economies of Poland, Greece, Hungary with vast net contributions set by Brussels.

Oh sorry got carried away, you only wanted 5.

What country are you living in?!

We voted leave, end of story

We joined an economic treaty in 74 under ted heath, not to join a non democratic block telling you how to run your country.

    We have left end off

No one was telling the UK how to run their own country.  I wish someone was now, as the people in power don't see to have a clue how to run a sweet shop let alone the country.

Yeah, I'm an old straight 'white dude'... and I'm proud of it. I resent being labeled by ignorant liberal flamers like you. I have more in common with black people and other minorities than I do your kind. I grew up poor and still became a success and I know what it's like to be looked down upon and ridiculed. Why don't you try overcoming that stigma, junior. I made more of myself than most of my friends and others who grew up privileged (like you probably were). Nobody came to my defense and I never needed to make excuses for being a 'straight white man' as you call it. You're the true definition of an uneducated racist.

Why are your proud of being an old sour bully?  Lol.  You know nothing about me to say I am privileged or racist.

You as a white male from a developed country are the one with all the cards stacked in your favour.

Your rant, calling me all sorts of things, and knowing nothing of my life, says a lot about how angry and insecure you are.

People who have PTDS and depression are weak minded and soft snowflakes according to the fat old retired whingebags on Thai Visa.

Yes.  Same as people who get sick or are disabled...all weak, pathetic people.  Not as rough and tough and manly as the old Thai Visa keyboard warriors.

Sounds like you need to move somewhere else in LOS. No need to live in same place for ever, and every new place is like a lucky dip as to what you discover.

What time of year did you visit the UK? Winter is no fun.

Maybe you are right. I have toyed with the idea is renting a place in a different area for a few months to see if that helps my decision.

I went back to the UK in winter 2X and spring once.  I feel that I can cope with the cold in the uk better than the hot season we get in CM, especially if I can sit near a nice log burner or real fire in a cozy pub ????
