Police Raid 11 Sites in Probe Linked to “Big Joke”
That's just over 500k USD at this weekend's gold prices.

Poll: How well do Pattaya restaurants satisfy your food desires?
You made it homophobic. I wouldn't enjoy gay boys blowing kisses at me, but have nothing against gay people. I don't even enjoy attention from bar girls.

Poll Where to meet the best girls?
You didn't learn much from all those girls then. My girl is 32 years my junior, and it has nothing to do with money. My wife of 20 years was 29 years my junior. I've never had a relationship with a female in her 40s so I don't know what it's like. If you don't believe something is possible, it can't happen.

Poll Where to meet the best girls?
None of the above. Dating apps are where you find them.

Thailand's Hospitals Let Patients Buy External Meds
My friend tried that after spending 2 weeks in Bangkok Hospital to fight a serious bacterial infection by a highly resistant bacterium. He was on 10,000 baht plus per day IV antibiotics for 2 weeks and needed to continue with orals after discharge. Upon his discharge from the hospital he refused the antibiotics they were going to sell him, thinking he could (I could) pick them up cheap at Fascino. I had to do the runaround, trying to source them. It turns out the antibiotics were new generation and only available at the hospital. I had to go back to the hospital to buy them, which was not easy after he was discharged. The takeaway from this is that the hospital has medicine not available outside. Check first.

Trump rapid escalation to an Authoritarian State
if you have a problem with my posts, just contact a moderator. There's no need to whine about it.

Trump rapid escalation to an Authoritarian State
Well done on that detective work. I'm not the first person to change names due to email problems. Why would I be afraid to post anything.... we're all anonymous, you included.

Trump rapid escalation to an Authoritarian State
I don't start threads. Seriously, you joined up recently, and now you've taken on the role of moderator, deciding what can and cannot be said in a political thread. Good luck with that. Now you're complaining about a personal post, by making it personal yourself. You can't see the irony of a thread full of members, from the US, complaining about their own country taking on an authoritarian flavour, yet choosing to live in an extremely authoritarian state.

Trump rapid escalation to an Authoritarian State
You'd be surprised how much I know about JT. I've joined up just before him in 2006, and am well aware of his sentiments with everything Trump. What do you think you know, now that you feel the need to make it personal?

Trump rapid escalation to an Authoritarian State
Don't worry, I'm going to hang around listening to your crap.

Trump rapid escalation to an Authoritarian State
You've made yourself the topic. It's all fact, you're been here since 2006 (or earlier) and lived though 2 military takeovers, yet you choose to live here and complained about Trump for 9 years. It's a bit rich complaining about your homeland becoming an Authoritarian State, when you choose freely to live in one.

Trump rapid escalation to an Authoritarian State
You're always complaining about Trump, yet you've lived for at least 20 years in a country where the military rule and they've rolled in the Tanks to oust elected governments at least twice since you've been here. I suppose you have to protect your pension payments from the Mother Land so you can keep living and complaining about it from afar.

Trump Slammed: 'Sociopath' Over Bizarre Meeting Comments!
They have to keep starting these ridiculous threads to feed their insane desire to offload on Trump.

Trump Slammed: 'Sociopath' Over Bizarre Meeting Comments!
Yes, the legacy media trying their absolute best to put a negative slant on everything Trump does. They made a big deal about him not immediately recognizing the President of Finland too, with a another round of suggesting dementia has set in. Of course the missing children are a serious problem, but first things first. Let's get a peace deal first. Suggesting it was first priority was ridiculous. This nonsense gets tiring.

Thailand to Mandate Tax Declarations for All Citizens by 2027
Who needs an excuse? No one seems to know what's required, so the smart move is to do nothing. If, in the future, they make a move and start enforcing it, we worry about it then. Why spend your time worrying about stuff that isn't currently a problem.

Will Trump's "war on facts" eventually catch up with him?
He knows nothing, but the point is he and many like him want Trump (and America) to fail, just so he/they can claim a single, successfully predicted outcome. They are willing doom and gloom from their keyboards in SE Asia.

Wall Street to Sukhumvit: Expat’s Brutal Wake-Up Call for Dreamers in Thailand
Yes, you mentioned that, but left out some important details such as how long you have been here or how old you are now? I've been here for 20 years. Life has always been easy for me here. I don't know why these people come here and have so many problems that they can write books about them.

US debt 37 trillion should we be worried
Because since Trump became president, the mainstream media has been harping on about it more than usual. They want to blame the problem on Trump. It's never going to come down and it will always increase. There's nothing that can be done and nothing will change. Find other things to worry about.

The UK is going mad...
Maybe we should pity you due to your limited understanding of life and what it is. It's quite simple. You're born without consent into a life with no guide or "job" description. For a very large number of people, who chose the wrong parents (parents in a poor country where most people live below the poverty line), having a meal and clean water would make their day. Forget about pitying other members - what makes your life so amazing and what is the high point of your day?

97% of worrying a waste of time
100% of worrying is a waste of energy and time. Just think, one day you will no longer exist. We live with that reality every day of our lives and still manage to enjoy life to some degree. If a concern doesn't have a solution, forget about it. If you can do something - act.

The UK is going mad...
I don't have a doctor... the golden rule to staying healthy. I'll see one if absolutely necessary, after I've done a lot of research and there are no other options. Very little medication enters my body.

The UK is going mad...
I think we should distinguish depression as a condition, to being depressed. Everyone gets depressed at some point in their life. I get depressed when bad sh*t happens in my life, but I don't need medication. I use exercise as a way to improve my mental outlook.

Why so many Risa Massage?
It doesn't have much to do with the place, but who massages you. Some ladies are really good, some not so good. It's a lucky draw. If I find a good masseuse, I stick with her. If you're looking for a good massage, skip the pretty ones and the skinny ones. If you're looking for other delights, go straight to Soi 13/1 where you can find private rooms for the same price as your curtained off tables, and with shower facilities too. You won't normally get a good massage in these establishments.

Longest you ever done non stop
You'd think that Sweden was the last place to experience sexual bliss, with their renowned propensity for seriousness LOL. We're in Thailand, for goodness sake. If I need to reminisce about amazing encounters, Thailand would provide sufficient memories.

60-day visa exemptions are now unlimited at land borders
You're being a bit dramatic. It will become common knowledge very quickly if they start restricting visa-free entries. The visa-run services will know what's going on, and as previously done, they will put warning stamps in passports stating that you won't be able to enter again, at which point, there will be plenty of time to apply for a new Non-O visa.
