These people are not stupid, they only act like it when it's to their advantage: CC TV broken, statutes expired, devised legal loopholes, translation difficulties for Interpol forms, so sorry nah. As for the perpetrators, they are part of the corrupt overall system and therefore protected by it.

    Bought these in a supermarket on a recent trip to Europe, 2 Euro. Please note the LED lights on the arms, I can envision several situations where this might come in handy...
