klauskunkel replied to Alpha84's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub

klauskunkel replied to snoop1130's topic in Bangkok News
This may be relevant: Court Finds Adultery Law Unconstitutional The Constitutional Court has unanimously declared that the law permitting spouses to claim damages for adultery is against the Constitution. The decision involves Section 1523, paragraph two, of the Civil and Commercial Code. This provision lets a husband seek compensation from a man engaging with his wife, whereas a wife can sue a woman openly having an affair with her husband. According to Decha Kittiwittayanan, a well-known lawyer, as per the court's verdict, for the next 360 days, legally married women won't be able to sue any woman involved with their husband.
