  1. I think this is a wind up. Let me tell you why. The Isle of Man is a very small place only about 30 miles long by 11 miles wide. And they are very strict about certain crimes, sometimes giving draconian sentences for drug related crimes. I have a friend who has just been released from prison after serving 12 years for possession and intent to supply cannabis. he was caught with a small amount.

The Isle of Man is very proud of their record on zero tolerance of drug crime. And if this man is guilty of anything to do with drugs then he is going away for a long time. As I have said murder and drug crimes are really the only thing that result in long prison sentences.I have known many people found guilty of crimes involving assault and drink related crimes who even though they are repeat offenders, never get more than a couple of years.

What I am trying to point out is that if this guy knows he is going to prison for a few years in the Isle of Man, is that he would certainly be on remand, and would not have access to the internet to post this.

  2. I would guess that he is going to the notorious hell hole in the isle of man at jurby. lol. must be pretty serious if you are getting a few years in the island. not read of any murders lately, so hope its not drugs, cos that's the only crime for which you have to serve the full sentence.

  3. Disgraceful. Some of the facts that I remember from when they were first arrested

2 days after the murders 300 Burmese men were DNA tested, all were cleared no DNA matches found.

Pictures placed on TVisa at the time showed these 2 men waiting in line to have their DNA taken. So how can they be cleared one day, but arrested a few days later

It was only after the original police chief was movwd and a new one appointed by the good General, with orders to solve the case quickly that they were arrested.

The thai pathologist stated on television that 3 separate types of DNA were found on the girls body, yet we never heard of any attempt by the police to find a third culprit.

No evidence of the 2 mens DNA on the murder weapon.

The person who many suspected of the murders, was shielded by the police everytime his bame was mentioned They claimed he was at university in Bangkok at the time of the murders, and even produced CCTV footage of him the next morning at 9am. This was then exposed as footage from 2 weeks before the murders. No explanation from the RTP as to why the showed false evidence. When they finally after much public outcry agreed to test his DNA, they made a statement saying that he gave his DNA at 3pm one day, and unbelieveably they had the results at 9 am the next morning, which is impossible, even the leading forensic scienrist in Thailand miss Porntip said it was impossible to do.

Then there was the missing 2 minutes of footage from the CCTV camera outside the 7/11 close to the beach, that the police were UNABLE to explain.

There were many other things that happened but these were just a few examples of the lies perpetrated by the good general and his RTP cronies..

  4. Robert24, I have no problem with someone having a mia noi/gik, but to come on a public forum and tell everyone, and then say I respect my wife, so I told her I have one is complete bs. I didn't say she was a bar girl, but she obviously knows he has a wife, so for me she has the same mindset of a bar girl. she is in it for the money, but I guess he feels she really loves him.

  5. If you love and respect your wife, why would you need a "mia noi". And I am sure that if your wife knows about your mia noi, then so do all of her family and friends. So how do you think she feels. Obviously you think that you are a big man, because you come on here and brag about the mia noi, but it is also obvious that the mia noi, is a woman of no value, because she knows you have a wife, she is with you just for the money, a bar girl by any other name.

  6. Kwaibah, funnily enough they paid us. and all with the goverments permission. So it goes to show that when it suits the thais, no work permits are needed.

  7. Isaangeorge, yes you are right it was 2012. As I said I did it for 3 months, I must have missed the first month, because I was reluctant to do it at first. The biggest problem I found was lack of equipment, and very much a lack of discipline. What I also found was that when I asked the kids what they wanted to do when they left school, out of 14 boys, 1 wanted to be a doctor, the other 13 all said they wanted to be farmers.Out of 12 girls, 10 wanted to be nurses, and the other 2 wanted to be on television. In the end it was very hard to get anything over to those 13 boys who wanted to be farmers, because they had no interest in learning English.

  8. On this subject of needing a permit to work. about 3 years ago I was asked if I would try to teach the younger kids at the local school basic conversational English. I told them that I wasn't really qualified to do so, as I didn't have any tesl certificates. they said not a problem just a few hours a week for 3 months, it was a new scheme by the education authorities in Sisaket. I then asked about needing a work permit, and was told you won't need one the government has approved the scheme. so for 3 months I worked without a permit, with the permission of the government.

  9. Khwaibah, you seem to be another one going over the top. I have spent my time here trying to be friendly to the people in the village, not bragging that I have more money than they have, and also not building a house so big, that they thought I was trying to tell them that my home is impressive. At the same time, I also let them know that I was not here to pay for their beer all the time. it has taken a while, but if any thai drinks with me, they know that if I buy 4 bottles of leo, then they have to buy 2. and surprisingly I am never alone when I drink everyday at 5pm. I never expect them to buy as many as me.

I can also say that I could probably show you at least a dozen families in the village, that have far more money than me. Khwaibah, if you fear that upsetting a thai in your village, will lead to you ending up in deep <deleted>, then maybe you should change your attitude to them, because obviously if you fear this, then maybe you have already upset someone.

  10. Connda/fekman, I think you may both be going over the top a little, maybe you are both joking and I am losing my sense of humour. But I can guarantee both of you that I wont be informed upon or spend anytime in a police cell or have to pay any money to bribe someone. as I said I have lived here on and off for 13 years, my wife is well respected, and as far as I know I get on with everybody in the village, and have no enemies.

there was one occasion a couple of years ago when we got broken into whilst we were sleeping. within a couple of days someone tipped the law off as to who has done it and they were caught..i think that speaks volumes, because I know a lot of thais think that farangs deserve to be robbed, because they can afford it..

I am amazed that a topic I started as a bit of fun, has turned into something so serious. maybe I went a little over the top, but I was just trying to get over how amazed thais get when they realise we farangs can still do work, oh and of course we can still buy the beer lol.

  11. Pugwash1, sadly i was still expected to buy the beer, and amazingly, the brother in law seemed to recover pretty quickly from his flu, and sink a few glasses of beer.

  12. I have lived in my Thai village for almost 13 years (apart from time spent running bars in Pattaya). I have never before got involved in the harvesting of the rice.

This year however, my brother in law is sick, with a heavy dose of the flu, and his son in law, who usually does all the donkey work involved, was working in Bangkok. So this morning they had over 200 hundred bags of rice to dry out. In our village there is a concrete five a side football pitch, which is used to dry out the rice, and today was their turn to use the pitch. As they were short of hands, I decided to give them a hand.

You would not believe the reaction of people. I think just because i choose not to work full time either here or back in England, Thai people think i can't work. I was working away lifting bags of rice into place, to open up and spread out for drying, when I heard a shout something like " Farang work work" when I looked up a guy was walking towards me, wanting to take a picture of me working, so I obliged, but within a few minutes, and it was unbelieveable, people were actually queing up to take pictures, Is it really so hard for thais to think that a farang can work?

  13. it's like famine or feast in the north east for tonic. my local Tesco haven't had any for months now. Big C in Sisaket had very few cans for a few weeks and then 2 weeks ago a abundance of cases stacked up. Makro in Sisaket is about the only consistent one to stock it, although for the last few weeks they seem to have switched from the cases of 24 to just 6 packs. As for forgetting to re-order, in this day and age all the re-ordering is done by computer, so either stocks in Thailand are running low, or they have just decided to discontinue selling it.

  14. just one more thought, i need a recipe for perfect shortcrust pastry, never had a problem in england using lard, but can't get that here and just can't seem to get it right using butter cheers

  15. Linzz believe me i don't give a toss about this loser, but when he continually spouts crap, and keeps attempting to clog up my PM's then he needs to be shown up for what he is, a prat. The problem is, as seen in all his posts on other topics, he just can't control himself, in some ways maybe we should feel sorry for himm but that is up to other people.

As I have said before, I believe he is probably a very overweight, bald, tattooed guy living in a 20 sq metre room, somewhere in Pattaya. Not that there is anything wrong with anyone, we are all equal in the eyes of god. The reason I made that statement, is because these are the typical people that he attempts to degrade. So come on "Blackfox" respond

  16. Ban Merry cheers mate, this guy is without a doubt the biggest prat I have come across on any forum in Thailand. But give him kudos, he kept to the old adage"If you are going to lie, then lie <deleted> big" If ever he takes me up on my offer to come to Sisaket, I am sure we can make it a big day out. But will he believe me when I say that no one else will be allowed to confront him only me. God i am almost afraid of myself lol. cheers to all the good guys in Issan

  17. guys i am so sorry to drag this topic up again, but i feel i must. First let me explain something, on the 14th of august at about 7pm, i recieved a notification from the mods that i was being suspended for 7 days, not for anything that i had said, but for revealing something that " Blackfox" had said to me in a PM. Apparently you are not allowed to reveal anything said to you in a PM no matter how abusive. And I was being given time to cool down.

But no matter if that is the rule I have no problem with that.

What I would like you to do now is go back to the 14th of August, and pretend that you are "Blackfox", the self proclaimed most handsome farang in Bangkok. You are also 6' 1" with a ripped body, married to one of Thailands top 10 models, with millions of dollars in the bank, it is friday night, and you are in Bangkok, one of the most exciting cities in the world, and what would you do. Maybe take your beautiful wife out for a great meal, and then hit all the top clubs in Bangkok or would you..........................Sit at your computer all night, and send me 24, yes I kid you not 24 pm's in the space of 2 hours, everyone more crazier than the one before. The last one arriving at 1am in the morning.

I could not believe it when I opened my e-mail on Saturday morning. Here is a guy that brags about his family's money, and how mummy and daddy let him drive their cars, but also about how he made millions of dollars in his own right. So we can assume that this guy is the CEO of his own company. And yet he spends hours on his computer on a friday night trying to be a smart guy. If that is what a expensive education pays for then thank god I went to a secondary school in England.

At the end of it all , here is my questions to "Blackfox" I politely asked him, if his family had made so much money, then tell me the name of their company, because surely they had a website that i could look up. And also, if he had made millions in his own right, then tell me the name of his company, but sadly he refused to answer my questions, saying that it was very private. So then I asked him to tell me the name of his wife(the top ten model of Thailand) again sadly that was private. Then he said if we ever met his wife could not come with him, because she was to busy working as a top model. But he would bring pictures of her.

He then told me that he would meet me anywhere in Bangkok, but I would have to wait until he came back from his holiday in America. My argument here was that as he was the one doing all the threatening, he should come to Sisaket, or pay for me to go to Bangkok, and once again he said, but I can't I am going to America, and when I come back I have to go to Australia.

AS I said I didn't want to bring this topic up again, but I had to because a couple of days ago, guess what..... he sent me another PM, repeating I will meet you anywhere (but not Sisaket),so i guess from this his few weeks in America didn't come off. So once he has been to see Maroon5, and then gone on his long vacation to Australia, I may hear from him again. Like I said guys I am 62 years old (today) not a fighting man, but I played rugby for many years in my younger days, so I think I can look after myself. One last thing, he tried to send a PM to another member, but he said that they like spouting off on thai visa, but they were to much of a coward to accept his message so watch out "Bamukloy" you are on his hit list.

And finally, I know we are not allowed to print things that are sent to us in PM's, but I just found his last PM on that Friday night so Hilairious, and I qoute the last line of it, "I bet you are a sad man" that from a man that sent me 24 PM's in 2 hours, so if the mods want to ban me for qouteing him, then please do so, but make sure you ban me for life. But don't ban a man that sends many many abusive PM"s.

Good luck to everyone on here, except one certain person, if they ban me for life, no worries.

  18. I am running short on gravy granuals, i usually have to make a 200km round trip to gary's in Prassat to buy more. But yesterday in Makro in Sisaket I noticed that there was a kilo tub of what the thais call brown sauce mix. It is made by the company that has a similar logo to Knorr, does anyone know if this is a proper gravy mix.

  19. I guess I have to give up on the big rich guy, because of course he thinks he is above everyone else. He thinks that i am being irrational, so let me qoute him again " let me know where you want to meet, and I will be there" I offered, he isn't taking me up on the offer, I offered an alternative, he hasn't taken me up on that either. So until he does I guess no point in anymore comments. Linzz you maybe right, too much testosterone, but I have to say most of it is in Bangkok.
