She only wanted her mother to visit Thailand for a short sightseeing >>> they "shaved" her completely. Yes, it is business indeed. Still remember her 15 years later. Beware of those or get a good insurance.

The bill was about 75K he was lecturing some senior doctor that the treatment they provided shouldn't cost that much money and back in Italy he would pay fraction of. So he refused to pay. At central reservoir it is almost safe to drink, but the main issue is "last mile" - pipes that bring it to your house. Some are very old and filthy - so no, you can't use it for human consumption. But full scale filter + RO clean it just fine. Although we still buy bottled water at 7/11

To negotiate with "the hospital" is a joke, bad advice. Exactly who is in charge of accounting and who makes decisions on post-payments or credits? Who will sign up for you?
