My last hope in this case is Wikileaks. Would be a perfect strike to find a way to disclose this entire mass.

The fact that the person who reported the crime is in handcuffs and the person who allegedly committed the crime is not, would certainly seem to suggest that all is not as it seems.....
It seems the pic was mixed up and may has nothing to do with this case.

Would be interesting how to get one of these coupons.

What do you expect them where to learn it? In school? At home? From the soaps? From the "powers that are"?

Don't worry, my plan is more subtle

I count on the greed of some people in the village who are wellknown to do almost everything for 5'000 THB ... Simply let them know by a "direct mailshot"about the opportunity to make an easy supplementary income ...

Can anybody upload an official document written in Thai proclaiming the "Don't Burn for 60 Days" campain as it is described in this article http://www.chiangmaicitylife.com/news/chiang-mai-governor-prepares-for-dont-burn-for-60-days-campaign/? Google wasn't helpful in this case.

No necessity at all to give an opinion. The clip tells it all.

those dudes at airport plaza used to do it on the floor where all the tech stores are. that section where you can find all these vendors with their stalls set up selling all kinds of accessories. or any other mall for that matter.
This is exactly where I just came from this afternoon, and what I meant with "No pompem, can do" but no serious knowledge/skills at all found behind it. In fact these guys hope to know someone who could do it for them. In most cases it didn't need 3 questions (fluent Thai as well as IT vocabulary, Thai pronunciation) to easily debunk their BS statements.
Sorry for sounding a bit frustrated ... ;-). But I know Chiang Mai has more than a handful really competend SW nerds, I only don't know them in the smartphone/Android field.
So I still count on some TVF input. -
Looking for an expert in Chiang Mai who can professionaly upgrade an already factory reset Honor 3C from Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) to 7.0 (Nougat) or at least 6.0 (Marshmallow). I know that its possible but it needs someone who REALLY knows what he's doing, surely more a software freek than a screen protection film applicator ...
Hoping for someone answering with first/second hand experience, not from someone who heard about a "No pompem, can do" Somchai ...
Thanks a lot. -

Many different kinds of what Thais call Khamin. The one in the pic is Khamin Oi, mostly used in Curry (Kaeng). Very often you find also Khamin Chan and Khamin Khaw in the markets to name only some.

I've got the impression that these are cases of anticipatory obedience of some ISPs. Since the day Germany's largest tabloid, the BILD newspaper, reportet about the redicoulous outfit of a TH VIP at the Munich airport arriving on his own Boing the BILD homepage is blocked by ToT but accessable by TrueMove.
