  1. For a start modern day Fascism does not incorporate all aspects of Nazi ideology e.g. genocide against Jews, conquer and enslavement of Communists / Marxist government populations. Political ideology evolves over time. Following is what I believe is a reasonable generalised description of modern day Fascism: Fascism is a far-right (refer below) form of government in which most of the country's power is held by one ruler or a small group, under a single party. Fascist governments are usually ultra nationalist, totalitarian and authoritarian one-party states. Example current definition of Far Right: The Left and the Right states that far-right politics include "persons or groups who hold extreme nationalist, xenophobic, homophobic, racist, religious fundamentalist, or other reactionary views."
  2. Harris did not call out trump as a Nazi, nor Hitler, but a fascist - try as much as you want, your spin and others from MAGA world doesn't change the facts of the matter. In any case so far as I'm concerned trump has strong autocratic tendencies which one gathers just from his admiration of Orban and others.
  3. The OP is based upon a lie: Harris did not call Trump Hitler. The Democratic presidential nominee drew attention to recent statements from John Kelly, a retired four-star U.S. Marine Corps general and Trump’s former chief of staff. Kelly told The New York Times in recorded interviews that Trump made admiring comments about the Nazi dictator and his control of the German military. https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2024/oct/24/donald-trump/kamala-harris-did-not-call-donald-trump-adolf-hitl/
  4. No proof it was coordinated or spoken as a generalised attack on MAGA supporters and makes zero logical sense to be so. Accordingly conspiracy garbage
  5. Surely trump would have to enact new legislation to penalise media owners for their lack of support. Hopefully any such attempt would not pass both Houses. Has Harris raised this as a policy issue?
  6. Makes sense as the grammatical spelling has the same sound. A lesson to be learnt given the aggressiveness and hostility between the parties.
  7. Possibly an issue of timing co-ordination. In a call organized by the Hispanic advocacy group Voto Latino, Biden responded to a comic at Trump’s rally who called Puerto Rico a “floating island of garbage.” Biden’s initial comments were garbled. https://apnews.com/article/biden-trump-supporters-garbage-puerto-rico-comic-e62ccf9108ba0ca8d1ee694f91a6867e
  8. It all boils down to the interpretation of one word which actually sounds the same with differing grammar. Biden has addressed the MAGA and trump's spin: “Earlier today I referred to the hateful rhetoric about Puerto Rico spewed by Trump’s supporter at his Madison Square Garden rally as garbage—which is the only word I can think of to describe it,” Biden posted on X later that evening. “His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable. That’s all I meant to say. The comments at that rally don’t reflect who we are as a nation.” When CNN asked for an explanation on the president’s comments, a White House spokesperson insisted that Biden had meant “supporter’s” rather than “supporters,” arguing that he had actually said this: “The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporter’s – his – his demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, and it’s un-American.” https://edition.cnn.com/2024/10/29/politics/biden-trump-supporters-garbage/index.html Without any doubt whatsoever MAGA world will keep worrying the bone, but the damage has been done by the speaker at trump's rally. trump and enablers have continuously shown their disrespect for minorities, accordingly this matter is "business as usual' no matter the attempted deflections. trump is unfit to represent the Office of the President of the USA
  9. My error, not pegged to US$ since 2005
  10. Once has to keep trump in mind regards US debt to PRC due to his imposition of tariffs and his trade war with PRC.
  11. Yes, PRC Yuan is pegged to the US dollar. As of April 2024, the five countries owning the most US debt are Japan ($1.1 trillion), China ($749.0 billion), the United Kingdom ($690.2 billion), Luxembourg ($373.5 billion), and Canada ($328.7 billion. Plus US consumers pay the additional tax on PRC imports to the USA - tariffs. as well as subsidies to US farmers due to PRC tariffs on US agricultural products e.g. soya. trump's tariffs on PRC have failed in their purpose to reduce PRC imports. Biden keeps them in place: https://edition.cnn.com/2022/01/26/politics/china-tariffs-biden-policy/index.html to defend
  12. In the last week of Clinton's campaign I thought she would lose due to concentrating on female demographics, Harris is in danger of the same mistake. However, trump's never ending whining is more off putting for me as is his constant lies, vilification and insults of minorities and others who disagree with him. For me he is way to divisive. The OP list is a manifestation of his terrible executive manner and decision making incompetence.
  13. Snipped for brevity. As suspected from MAGA world - Judicial Watch - a maelstrom of misinformation... https://www.democracydocket.com/analysis/judicial-watchs-dangerous-influence-behind-their-assault-on-voting-rights-and-election-integrity/
  14. Do you have a certificate confirming membership of MAGA? Certainly come across as a dedicated follower of BS
  15. What's with the accusation of homosexuality? Best for you to pull your head in. Sure aware of various legal issues with Biden family members. Believe his son has been found guilty of some offences. Luckily for trump he's shielded by politicians who failed to live up to their Oath to support the Constitution for partisan political motivation and using his wealth for never ending appeals, or should I say his donors money; why does a multi billionaire need to beg for money - (grifting yet again).
  16. Snipped for brevity, don't hate trump just believe he will be a disaster for US and other Western countries. However your comment applies in reverse to you and other MAGA supporters immersed in Darkness.
  17. get a life.
  18. I have had a similar experience in Thailand. When I returned to Australia had another check and was diagnosed with advanced aggressive prostate cancer and had the surgery. Unfortunately had already spread. Had PMSA PET scan to prepare for radiation treatment, but one tumour was too close to a major blood vessel for radiation. Now been on hormone therapy for 11 years, current prognosis 2/3 years. The current hormone treatment would be very expensive in Thailand, so can't afford return to live in Thailand
  19. FBI has advised the greatest threat of domestic terror is in fact the extreme right wing. Far Right violence a growing threat and law enforcement’s top domestic terrorism concern. https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/far-right-violence-a-growing-threat-and-law-enforcements-top-domestic-terrorism-concern
  20. In Pennsylvania.... five Republican candidates were disqualified from running for governor in 2022 after paid petition gatherers forged countless nominating petitions https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2024-election/fraudulent-voter-registration-lancaster-county-pennsylvania-rcna177322
  21. MAGA who clearly has zero comprehension of the meaning of DEI or Marxism. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are three closely linked values held by many organizations that are working to be supportive of different groups of individuals, including people of different races, ethnicities, religions, abilities, genders, and sexual orientations.
  22. Recent history has proven the opposite, MAGA world can't get over losing - whining nearly every day for four years. trump has already said if he loses this time, the same BS will continue, probably a lot worse.
  23. No. Just an indication of the future corruption of the judicial system if trump gains power.
  24. Ridiculous comments - trump had already agreed to US withdrawal, including the release of 5000 Taliban fighters from Afghan jails. The terror attack was a failure of US intelligence, cannot be blamed on Biden. In addition players in the US military and politics made been misleading US public for years. trump was in power for four years, what did he actually do to address the corruption other than negotiating with terrorists, even extending an invitation to Camp David - you would have to be truly ignorant to do so. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afghanistan_Papers https://www.brookings.edu/articles/president-trumps-afghanistan-policy-hopes-and-pitfalls/ Blame cannot be solely levelled at Biden Administration, but they also made some errors of judgement, no surprise given the tears of misinformation. https://www.brookings.edu/articles/what-the-biden-administrations-report-on-the-afghanistan-withdrawal-gets-wrong/
  25. It's not 'water under the bridge'. trump's past behaviour indicates his future. trump had always promised not to provide timelines and so on to the the enemy, nor negotiate with terrorists, both of which he did so when in power. Not to negotiate with the incumbent government whom US had supported for years was an act of treachery. A matter he had repeated e.g. wishing to leave the Kurds who were fighting ISIS, unsupported - America First blah, blah. Trump is unfit to represent the Office of the Presidency of the USA
