It is against the law in Thailand to rent a condominium for less than a month since condominium projects do not have a hotel license. I believe most large condominium projects in Pattaya are now enforcing this.

I recommend going to a Samsung store so you can actually try the phone and feel it in your hands before buying it. Samsung makes very fine phones and I've been happy with them for many years now. Also, they will set it up for you, install the latest software, do the configuration and transfer all your data, apps contacts, messages, etc. from your old phone.

What happened to VIP Visa? Their office on Jomtien 2nd Road is gone. And their telephone goes directly to voicemail.

It's Monday afternoon and their site is still down. The Facebook page suggests using a phone app, but the Play Store shows no such app!

I think Index on Sukumvit has the very best selection of office chairs. Office Mate by Big C South Pattaya Rd. at Sukumvit has a small selection. While you can certainly buy them online at Lazada, I think it's best to try them out first.
