  2. Citizens? Really? No! People in the USA illegally are not citizens, they are criminals. Which is why they are referred to as illegal aliens. Do you also believe that someone on overstay in Thailand is considered a Thai citizen?
  3. My school used to offer Latin but ended up cutting it from the curriculum. Too many cases where someone would mispronounce something and accidentally summon a demon.

  11. You should be able to do it without her. If you both went you would each need an appointment. You can always call Citizen's Services to verify.
  12. That is one method. The other method is to take the Thai passport to the US Embassy Citizens Services. They can make a Certified Copy that will be accepted by the IRS. You need to make an appointment online and it costs $50, same as all notary services.

  25. I have been more prone to ear infections as I have gotten older. I had one two years that was different than previous ones and Amoxicillin didn't work like it normally did. I went to a small clinic in Naklua and the Doc gave me a different prescription and that didn't help. I ended up going to Bangkok-Pattaya Hospital and saw an ENT specialist and he identified the infection. I think it was fungal rather than bacterial and he also discovered that I had a perforated eardrum. It took four visits because he wanted to monitor the progress of the perforation healing but the cost was reasonable. One visit where he only took a quick look to check progress there was no charge at all. The ENT specialist was Dr. Nikom Mee-in
