That's a nice list of the people who are don't perform a single necessary function. I have never NEEDED a musician, an actor, an artist, or a professional athlete. NEVER. They are all just providing entertainment or distraction which is nice to have but is not a necessity. Many of the people on the right are people we actually NEED. We NEED truck drivers, construction workers, farmers, retail workers, plumbers, postmen etc. These are the people that make up the right.

A head shot incapacitates the target immediately. A torso shot might give the target time to fire more rounds, especially if he was wearing body armor. It would also depend on what is visible, you can only shoot what you can see. I think the best thing is to fire three shots as quickly as possible.
