FATCA didn't exist before 2010. I opened my bank account 10 years before that. I'm sure many others also had accounts pre-FATCA. I ended up filling the forms out at Thanachart a few years ago because they forced me to come in disabling my ATM card. -

I agree. A very stupid set of choices. I really don't care about Ukraine .But I also think that anything that weakens Russia is a good thing. The Op should have had a choice that was about Gaza. Then I could also say that I don't care about that either.

Yes. I was wrong about only one DLT in Chonburi. I did a quick search on Google maps and it initially just showed one but later I saw at least three DLT offices in the province.

The DLT near Regents School just off HWY 36. I think that is the only DLT in Chonburi Province. There are four Chonburi Immigration offices: Jomtien, Sriracha, Koh Sichang, and Laem Chabang

I live in Pattaya. When I renewed my Drivers's License post Covid, in 2021, I obtained my COR from the Chonburi Immigration office in Sriracha. No issues at the DLT near Regents School. Chonburi Immigration has offices in more than one city. My COR was issued in the province I live in but not the city I live in.

That wouldn't work if he is a US citizen. The "affirmation of freedom to marry" is an affidavit that is signed in front of a consular official that then notarizes your signature. After getting the affidavit you can use an agent for the translation and certification by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) -

My school used to offer Latin but ended up cutting it from the curriculum. Too many cases where someone would mispronounce something and accidentally summon a demon.
