So how is this new bill differ an improvement from the legislation that is already in place ? This question has been asked multiple times. You ignore this question and yet continue to advocate what a great bill it is, and how despicable 158 Dems are ? Bet you are not going to answer it this time either. Political posturing.

It's a nothing burger, yet Trump is fixated by whether she worked there are not, or is it just because it is food related ? (they're eating our dawgs, she never made french fries !). She said she worked there as a student, so what ? Is it seen as some type of conspiracy to align with the common man ? If it was, I think she could do better than lie about working at a burger joint. Trump just can't let it go though. His rallies have turned into just nonsensical rants that have very little value, or indeed contain anything that his supporter base haven't already heard over the last 8 years. I am starting to agree with Michael Popok from Legal AF that Trump has given up, and his main priority now is to grift as much money as he can.....pssssst wanna buy a watch ? He is weird.

From Hurs own report. 1. Lack of Evidence of Knowledge that Information Was Classified. 2. Lack of Evidence of Willful Retention 3. Lack of Evidence of Willful Disclosure 4. Lack of Evidence of Transportation of Documents 5. Lack of Evidence of Possession 6. Evidence of Intent to Return Classified Documents 7. Evidence of Belief that Documents Were Permissibly Retained, e.g., as “Personal Records” 8. Evidence of Retention By Mistake We have concluded that there is not a prosecutable case against Biden. The full article: https://www.justsecurity.org/92090/the-real-robert-hur-report-versus-what-you-read-in-the-news/ So no, I wasn't sleeping. I remember that the Hur report came to nothing, unlike Trumps will. Now, as I have your attention. What About Pence ??? <<<<<----------
-
sure he did....I'm calling BS on that...What about Pence .. was he too befuddled as well ?
-
If he had committed the same offence, then yes. But posts detailing the differences have been supplied ad nauseam. So you think Pence should have been prosecuted for the same offense?

Routh attempted assassination case assigned to Judge Cannon

Neither can 99.9% of the legal profession. -
Routh attempted assassination case assigned to Judge Cannon

As reported by The Hill: For the purpose of assigning judges Fort Pierce is treated as part of the neighbouring Palm Beach Division. There are three federal district judges in Palm Beach, one of whom is a senior judge. And from The Guardian: Two senior judges on the Florida bench urged Cannon to defer when it was randomly assigned to her last June, in part due to a perception that she was biased in Trump’s favour because of her actions after the allegations against him of illegally retaining sensitive government documents first came to light. -

This will give her something to do when the 11th Circuit recuse her from the documents case, (strike 3 ). Inept, overwhelmed and extremely biased, most likely because she is eyeing a spot on the Supreme Court should her patron prevail. -
Once again you focus on student deferrals to try and obfuscate.. THAT is not the issue. In this repeat discussion, I am only referring to medical deferments. One was legitimate. One was illegal. Nothing will change that.
-
Here we go again. Its not about whether they could have volunteered or not. One had a medical exemption. One lied. Nothing will change that.
-
Not scolding anyone. I was highlighting the fact that as soon as someone has a go at Trump and his bone spurs, you start on about "asthma joe", as I think you called him last time, to try and conflate the two. There is no equivalency.
-
With pleasure, if you stop bringing it up. Trump was plagued, just not by spurs.
-
So you equate legitimate student deferments with illegally falsifying medical reports ?
-
So once again you try to conflate Biden's 1-Y deferment with Trumps 1-Y deferment in an attempt to suggest Biden was also a draft dodger. Forget the student deferments, and just stick to the medical issue. Biden released his medical history and this has been reviewed by medical professionals, who can confirm that, like Dick Cheney, he had legitimate grounds for deferral. Now in Trumps case, he seized his medical records and has refused to release any a-rays to support his claim of spurs. The podiatrist Dr Braunstein, who diagnosed Trump with bone spurs as a favour to Fred Trump so Donald could avoid the draft for the Vietnam War, claims that he didn't even examine Trump, so there is a good chance there are no x-rays. Like his scholastic records, Trump wants to make sure that that none of his personal files become public, (like tax returns), that will prove his lies. Precis: Biden has asthma. Trump has a yellow streak.

When you gonna answer my other question ? And he's gone again...5555 All these Maga's baying at the moon, but no one can explain why they are baying. Would have that the Maga collective would have sent some kind of justification through the hive, but it appears they are just too busy throwing shade at Dems for nothing more that political theatre, -

And despite the continued vilification by the Maga's on here against those who voted against it., they still cannot provide any explanation on how this bill is an improvement on the legislation that is already in place. Typical Maga political theatre.
