Mix recounted seeing the girl clinging to the truck, initially thinking it was a prank. His concern grew as the vehicle continued, eventually swerving and causing the girl to fall, resulting in minor injuries. Before the incident, the girl had reportedly met a 30-year-old man on April 23 who promised to help her find a job. Allegations include that the man took her to a hotel for sexual activity, then to a barbecue spot before attempting to abandon her near the reservoir.

Following the incident, Mix reported the case to the Nong Prue Police Station. The girl was taken to the hospital, and her family was contacted. Her parents have filed a complaint against the driver, accusing him of sexually abusing a minor. Police have yet to question the girl, as interviews with minors require the presence of legal professionals and prosecutors.

Looking forward, authorities aim to conduct formal interviews with the girl involving relevant professionals. Investigations are ongoing to identify and locate the driver, with potential charges pending based on further evidence. The community awaits further developments amid serious allegations and legal proceedings.

Was she in the car and trying to climb out or did she hang onto it when he drove off from trying to drop her at the reservoir ?

There should be zero tolerance for groping a stranger without permission. It is stepping way over the line, and in a land where PFP is so easy to come by, it's unjustified on every level.

Who was the stranger, she went to a hotel with him of her own free will, admitted to having sex with him, then went to a barbecue area with the guy he then wanted to part company with her and so she hung onto the truck, she did not want the client to get away perhaps without paying first?

It was in Pattaya after all, what are the odds she is from Isaan?

There must be thousands of vacant jobs in a place like Pattaya as there are here in Phuket, the locals do those real sorts of jobs and the Isaan girls do the sex work, that seems to be the pattern all over Thailand.

What she needs is a daft farang to believe her well rehearsed sob story and then become the ATM for her and her family.

They all have a story, some of them are very well rehearsed, and many of these women are very well coached. Believe her story at your own peril.

Spoilt teen. Very few men take a lady for a meal after the deed. That proved to be this gentleman's undoing.

Can tell even from the blurred photo that she's an attractive young lady.

This is going to be a "he said", "she said" situation which is always a tough scenario.

Speculation: an arranged monetary exchange was to happen post hotel and the driver skipped out on his part of the agreement.

I always wonder what the IQ level is of the farangs who fall for these sorts of stories.

Unless they know the stories are not true but accept them as they would not be able to get a woman if they did not pay?

Those thumbs down are likely from guys who got together with bar girls, bought into their stories, and are now suffering and paying the price for that foolhearty behavior.

I remember a friend of mine who met a older woman at the Nana Plaza Disco, likely after she had been working the discos, the bars, and the streets for 15 years, and he devised this entire story about her having a University degree and how high functioning a woman she was. Of course we knew the reality so his defensive "protectionist behavior" was quite amusing.

I only have one friend who ended up marrying a bar girl and was completely honest about it. When people would ask him where he met his wife he would say, oh she was a bar girl, I met her in a bar, took her home and decided to stay with her. Applause!

I first met her at her university in England where she graduated with her second degree.

99% of customers were locals but now and then a guy would come in with a Thai wife, usually from Isaan who had bar girl written all over her, my wife asked me why do farangs marry such low people, my reply was for most of them that is all they can get.

The funny thing was the ex bar girls tried to put on an air of importance which never worked, and even funnier, the guys thought it was normal to pay for the woman and her extended family as they only mixed with other such people as normal Thai women would never mix with ex bar girls.

People do what they have to do to make a living, and whether or not a judgmental society looks down upon them is a secondary issue.

Yes and some see getting a stupid farang and exchange sex for money full time as a valid way to make a living, fortunately they are in the minority and despised by standard Thai people.

The funny thing is many Thais have asked me why do some farangs marry such low women and fall for their sob stories, my answer is they are desperate and stupid.
