That used to be the case , not anymore, scum can be found everywhere, I haven't been to Phuket since before the tsunami , for that very reason and the closest I have been to Pattaya for 20 years is watching video blogs on U tube

This suggests to me that he had them attached to himself either in Hong Kong or Taiwan.

For sure NOT in China, because people like him are not allowed into China.

But, I would argue against Taiwan, either, since, once again, bums like him are barred from entering any part of the civilized Middle Kingdom.

In addition, these characters seem to make no coherent sense in Japanese or Chinese.

The middle character, wan, usually signifies 10,000, as in 10,000 years, or something.

For example... Wan Sui, would be Live 10,000 Years. But then, the character is Shui, and not Sui, and so Shui is water, and Sui is years/age.

But, also, if the Tattoo Artist were having a laugh, he could have intentionally replaced Sui with Shui, which is another character, meaning sleep.

So, anyway, in Chinese, One could say, MaoZeDong....WanShui.....Meaning he dies/sleeps 10,000 years.

I think I will never understand a Farang such as this, and there is no point in trying.

He is an affront to the Chinese language, however...and this I can see for myself.

This Tattoo makes no sense in either Japanese or Mandarin.

But, there are meanings in Cantonese that I would not repeat on TV.

And, this tattoo looks like one of them, although I am unable to say for sure.

Also, in Cantonese, the pronunciation of the characters is far different from that of Mandarin.

And so, this could be the name of his Hong Kong lover, back in the day, perhaps even....

If he needed restraint I imagine it would be quite a struggle to get those XXXl shorts on him (which would have been reported) and I question that the police carry them around "just in case".

He may have been "barely clothed" or "semi-naked" but I do not believe he was naked.

The CCTV footage would prove me right or wrong.......but I'll take their word for it if anyone else has seen it as I really don't want to see it for myself.

As is right and proper as far as I am concerned . Of course simply just being there, without a visa or passport should also result in incarceration and deportation, regardless of how one is (or isn't) dressed

Ineracting with a statue sure is bad . I interacted with a statue in my bed who was my first wife for 20 years.

From the photos shown, I noticed two things.

The first is that he was not naked; he had on running shorts.

The second is that, with his build, he is obviously an athlete and was probably just out running down the road for exercise.
