would that mean life ?, if he is out on bail of 100,000 Baht ,and still has

his passport ,maybe the police are hoping he does a runner. while

he did commit theft ,it was non violent and only worth $100 , the bail

My comment was solely about Swatch's quartz movements, not the entire watch, which, for Swatch branded watches, are all made entirely in Switzerland.

At the age of 18 Thai law considers the accused to be adult and is is tried and the normal criminal court, not the juvenile court. This man has not been convicted yet so he has not received any prison time but, as you brought it up, you seem to be claiming that ladyboy thieves don't get appropriate punishment, on what you base that, do you have some examples?
