Hurricane51
Sorry, but there are so many re-entry threads that I though it better to ask a simple question: I am on a retirement visa. I'm going to Singapore for a few days. Do I need a re-entry permit, and can I get one at the airport? Thanks for any help.
ubonjoe
It depends upon what you actually have. Do you have a valid multiple entry visa issued by a Thai embassy or consulate? No re-entry permit would be needed in this case. Or do you actually have a one year extension of stay based upon retirement issued by a immigration office here? You would need a re-entry permit to keep your extension valid when you re-enter the country. You can get a re-entry permit at either airport in Bangkok and a couple of others on departure from the country.
Hurricane51
No, I don't have any type of re-entry permit. Any idea how long the wait is at Don Muang?

The re-entry permit desk is located after departure immigration there.
