BANGKOK: -- The military has not yet received information on those who helped former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra to escape from deputy police chief Pol Gen Srivara Ransibrahmanakul, National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) spokesman Col Winthai Suwaree said on Wednesday (Sept 6).

Col Winthai said this in responding to a report quoting Pol Gen Srivara, who is in charge of security-related cases, as saying that he had sent the information to the military.

Pol Gen Srivara said it depended on the military to file a complain against those people.

liar liar pants on fire!

Surely it's a police matter not a military matter?

Oops, silly me.

So what percent is the investigation complete now? It was 80% before, but now we're reading more conflicting reports. Has it gone back down to 60%? 40%?

Would be nice to have a live percentage counter at the bottom corner of all TV. Can watch the percentage go up and down as I watch my daily fix of Thai series.

I demand to know why the piss up at the brewery these people were organising was a failure.

Its far better she has gone than if she stayed. The General would have had spies all over the place to know what YL was doing.

By her going, averts danger that was not wanted. She was turning into a national treasure by some.

The governments faint denials are starting too resemble secondary school theatre.   It is rather hard to believe that Yingluck went unobserved long enough for her to escape.

And a national cesspool to others.
