Non immigration O visa

We are going 4 months to Thailand.

We want tot get a non immigration O visum single entree after 3 months we went  tot Cambodja for aan few days. Do we get 30 days when we Come back tot thailand  overland.

The  Thai Consulate in Amsterdam told us we only get 15 days.  WHO KNOWS

You will get a 30 day visa exempt entry at a land border crossing now.

The 15 day entry rule was rescinded on January 1st of this year when the 2 visa exempt entries per calendar year at land border crossings rule went into effect.
