Storm Doksuri downgrading to depression, hits Nan on Saturday

The Meteorological Department warned that heavy rains will continue in several parts of the country even as tropical storm Doksuri is expected to downgrade to a depression and to hit Nan on Saturday.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A U.S. judge on Friday rejected an effort by Joaquin Guzman, the accused Mexican drug lord known as "El Chapo," to dismiss a massive international narcotics conspiracy indictment on the ground he was extradited improperly to Brooklyn.
