From court testimony and the NCA revelations we can reasonable conclude an altercation did occur

In court the RTP testified that they did not investigate the rumour of altercation, therefore they cannot have requested information from the NCA about the altercation.

We know the NCA passed information to the RTP about an alleged altercation, taking into account the RTP court testimony that they did not investigate, then this information can only have been iniated by the NCA , and we are left with the conclusion the NCA information must have come from somebody with knowledge of the altercation.

I pretty sure that the RTP wouldn't have admitted to any of this in court unless you can prove otherwise. The NCA stuff has only recently come to light.

Equally as important, you've failed to mention the recommendation of a DNA test of a potential suspect that was again ignored by the RTP.

We all do know now that there was an altercation in AC Bar and that was the last place anyone (in testimonies and evidence so far) saw David and Hannah alive.

Looks like the team leader has called for silence. Otherwise, Crab would be replying within seconds to every contrary post at any time of the day or night,  and Dan would be being Dan wood of he, innit?

Everyone of them  from day 1 should all be tracked down and questioned could save the b2.

Bank Accounts / visa's,  employer's  ,  ip adresses etc Investigated if assisting in covering up a crime involving murder that's very serious.

well when you are making up a fictional story the great thing is that you can edit it as many times as you like because there is nothing holding you to any particular provable version of events, the only thing that we know about that can be verified beyond doubt is that

David and Hannah were both found murdered on the beach of Koh Tao

They were both in AC bar before they were murdered

There was possibly an altercation involving Hannah in AC bar the night she was murdered

after that the dots can be joined however the author likes

All of the rest is fictional (all of it) unless you have solid presentable provable verifiable evidence that says otherwise and that means evidence that can be physically produced  and independently verified - otherwise it really is all just fiction and can be made up what ever way the authors want, unfortunately or actually "fortunately" fiction has no place in a court of law anywhere that I am aware of but maybe Thailand is the exception

We know the police cannot be trusted in this case especially after some of there statements.

Police tried to manipulate Koh Tao witness, court told

Police on Koh Tao tried to persuade a witness at the Witheridge-Miller crime scene into saying that he had wiped blood off an alleged murder weapon, according to Aung Myo Thant, a lawyer for the defence team.

Speaking to DVB on Thursday evening, the lawyer said the court heard testimony from a Burmese migrant named U Oh, who was a garbage collector on Sairee Beach during the period in September 2014 when British tourists Hannah Witheridge and David Miller were murdered.

“U Oh confirmed he was the owner of the garden hoe, which is alleged to have been used as the murder weapon in the case,” Aung Myo Thant said. “A police officer had earlier testified that the hoe was used to murder the victims, then the blood-stained tool was placed under a bag and discarded on the beach.”

But U Oh testified that the hoe was in the same place he left it the night before, the lawyer said.

“Also, police cajoled him to say he washed off the blood from the hoe. However, that is not what he told the judge. He said that he had not paid any attention to the hoe and was not aware of whether there was any blood on it or not.”

So when (if ever) you gonna start firing again on all 8 cylinders?

So if it were your kid given the noose you would be happy with the verdict with the evidence put forward that your lad used the hoe on the young lady...Yes or No...?
