PMK Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 Hi, I'll be wanting to rent out a house in Pattaya in a few months and need suggestions on where I can obtain a good sample contract. Thanks, Peter
Thaibel Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 Hi Peter, If you have someone who speaks and reads Thai you can buy the standard contracts in a good shop for school supplies and articles, they mostly have them there together with lease contracts, sale agreements and other. You only need to buy the whole pack, like 10 or 20 contracts, but so what ,it is only a few baht anyway and it saves you a lawyer and it's a standard legal contract. Good luck, Thaibel Asia

Do NOT sign a contract in Thai unless you can read and understand it.
