Baby voice - Bee oh bee oh

I have two Android phones running Marshmallow.  Out of the blue with no notice or pop up or message or reason why, I hear this baby voice saying, "bee oh, bee oh" in a high pitched fast paced little voice.  My wife says she has heard it before but can't remember where.  I think it may be something to do with Messenger.  I have turned everything off tonight and we'll see if I still get it tomorrow.  It is some kind of notification of something but I don't know what.  I'm starting to eliminate everything one step at a time but that's going to take a while because I don't know the source.  Has anyone else ever heard the bee oh sound?

I stopped it with a notifier manager but when I turned it on and off again to change a sim the bee oh bee oh sound came back again.  I think it's the messenger app in Android Marshmallow but can't say for sure.  I suppose too much to ask on TV eh?
