I'm wondering how you form these sentences, and what words to use.

---

even; though; still

Example:

"Even though the food is spicy, he still eats."

"We went out even though it rained."

"- The beer is very expensive."

"- Even so, I want it."

---

last / next

"I've been studying Thai the last three months."

"We will go to Japan next week."

---

for - when should I use เพื่อ / ให้ / สำหรับ ?

I work hard for your sake.

I will fight for my country.

I would do anything for you.

---

Thanks in advance ครับ !

I think ถึงแม้ว่า....ยัง is the phrase you're looking for.

ถึงแม้ว่า อาหารเผ็ด ๆ เขายังกิน(ได้)

"Even though the food is spicy, he still eats."

I'm looking for a phrase "poor attitude" or "poor work attitude" as in "You have a poor work attitude".

Any suggestions?

Doesn't work well ไม่ขยันเลย

Hi,

Not sure if this is the corect thread to post.

Recently watched a show where F playfully took away  B's book.B begs F to return by saying "F , ohm ma".(I deduce B is saying "F, give it back"??)F responded "ไม่ใหั".

Question how is B respond written?

ขอบคุณครับ

There is no way of knowing what was said and how does it matter because the meaning is clear. เอามา is the closest.  คืนมา ส่งมา are other ways to say give it back.

I was watching a segment of a show trying to grasp what the conversation about.

พี่B was waiting for พี่A.When พี่B arrived late he exclaimed something like "mai leow" and giving the reason being late.พี่A responded something like "jing mak naak"

What are the possible representation "mai leow" & "jing mak naak"

ขอบใจจ้ะ

Probably มาแล้ว I have arrived.

จริงมากนัก or จริงมากนะ true very very - Thats for sure. That sounds a little sarcastic to me.
